I ordered 2 sandwiches via the drive thru [using a staticky box from the early 2000s mind you/that nobody can understand anything from] and after waiting patiently I went to pay the kid running the window & he informed me that they didn’t accept subway-coupons at this particular subway. I asked again if he was sure, or if he didn’t know how to process them/ he just said ‘Nope, we don’t do those here’ so I dug into my wallet again and paid about double of what any other subway would charge. I definitely won’t be stopping in Hillsboro again/Grand Forks or Fargo will be getting the business.

Went into Hillsboro ND subway with Subway coupons was told "we don't take subway coupons because we've had problems with them". Baloney! I have used them multiple times in the Grand Forks and Fargo area without issue. If Hillsboro Subway wants to use the name they should honor the expected level of service. I won't go back to this subway again. As well, I'll tell others not to spend their money there.

Usually a great experience but recently they changed the menu so I was forced to pay for extra cheese and deluxe meat when I didn't want it and specifically informed the cashier I wanted no extra meat or cheese. And the menu has a "build your own feature" but I get forced to pay more for something I don't even want. Too much makes the sandwich drip and become messy. The extra cheese overpowers everything on the sandwich and also makes it generally just taste bad. Really unfortunate experience. For my belly and my wallet. Won't be coming back.

Had them toasted my sub and it was still cold when I got it.
