Big Erv's is big serves for real deals and great steaks! The whole machine that runs here is solid and friendly. This is an easy recommendation for a good Saturday Bison game. I will recommend for sure the steak nights on Saturday after 5pm, you will not go wrong stopping here for sure.

I've been there four times. The first visit was great, but the rest were all letdowns. The vibe is cool, but they keep messing up drinks and food orders, and some staff can be rude. I've given them enough chances—just can't go back.

Went and had the "prime rib dinner". Absolutely the worst dinner I have ever had. While yes it is just 15ish dollars it should still be a good cut of meat. The meat was over done and very tough and dry. If they are going to serve that then why ask how we want it cooked? Asked for medium. The baked beans had a disgusting sour taste to it. The corn was well..corn. They wouldn't allow any substitutions to the sides even if there was a food sensitivity. Very big let down.

What’s not to Love about Big Erv’s? Staff is always friendly and attentive. Food is consistently great and if you just want to stop by for a drink and a little snack they have you covered. Beer is icy cold, bloody Mary’s amazing and delicious and seriously who doesn’t love ripple chips and onion dip? We love this bar.
