I live 2 minutes away from this location…and I had to run outside with a bowl and paper towels to help my husband clean up after driving the blizzards home. What happened to making the blizzards fresh and thick?? Disappointing, because usually we enjoy coming to this location. I hope management actually addresses and fixes the issues with the employees.
I have to be honest, this dairy queen is not bad at all. The issue I see, however, is that it fits into the "jack of all trades, master of none" phrase very well, yet is barely a jack of all trades. This dairy queen does not have any glaring issues that make me want to drag it down, however, it also does not have any extremely good qualities to it compared to other nearby dairy queens, for example Timber Creek and Sheyenne, which I believe do are superior.
