I love this place, I set up a very large catering order (after several failed attempts at other catering places) with Kaylee the Store Manager who makes my personal sandwich absolutely amazing. Ive been visiting 3 to 4 times a week since opening. Kaylee is always very helpful positive and engaging with me, she makes a great sub, and Kaylee and her team knocked my catering order out of the park far past anything I expected from presentations to packaging to how she handled my order not one thing was missing showed up an hour early and she still had it ready waiting and her and her staff even helped carry it out to the vehicle. I 100% will continue ordering through this store i appreciate your hard work and your attention to detail and organization. Kaylee you are amazing and a pleasure to work with I appreciate you helping me put in this order and setting up future orders very quickly. I recommend this team and store over any place within 100miles (I drove from newtown not a short drive) just for this order and it was well worth it. Love going in to see Kaylee, her team Levi Keegin and the couple of new additions. They have an awesome work attitude and are always working and enjoying being a team. Very kind and like to conversate while we make our food. Its the best part of my morning daily. Great crew good food clean and always smiling which is a boost most people need each morning.

First time I went the manager or team lead was too busy arguing with the employees about break time while we sat there waiting for our sandwiches to be made and then argued about how to put cookies in a box but then almost dropped the cookies struggling to put them in a box. Second time we went, none of the vegetables were fresh, the station was messy and everything was mixed up not to mention the salami and pepperoni tasted like it had been sitting out all day in warmth. None of Subway employees are welcoming at all. All in all, pretty disappointed
