Not enough staff on for drinking, eating and gamingIf gaming it is difficult to cash in tickets because bartender is too busy taking food orders, delivering food, making drinks. If you are going to have gaming then an extra person is needed. Two staff in kitchen. Maybe one when not busy back there, could train behind bar when needed.
What a great experience. After an hour of googling restaurants we have never been to in Saratoga, we decided on The Brook Tavern. I've lived in Saratoga my whole life and somehow never knew it was here. Our server, Chris was great, very friendly, quick, and had an extensive knowledge of the menu. The food was outstanding. I just left my job in the restaurant industry and have so much respect for all of you continuing to push through it depsite all of today's struggles....
