Visited 19th July 2025 - We were travelling through the USA on holiday from England when we chanced upon this absolute gem of a cafe. We fell lucky as it was Saturday which was cake baking day. The table was loaded with fresh baked doughnuts which were lovely. Thanks to Becky and the Team for looking after us so well. Small Town dining at its finest. We came on a Sunday and enjoyed the brunch buffet which I believe is from 11am- 2pm, a meal of fried chicken, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes (made with real potatoes, might I add..), white gravy, knoephla, all hot and fresh. There was a really nice salad bar with home made salad dressings, noodle salads (2 different varieties), and home made potato salad. Where do I begin? The food was the best! My friend had a burger.. made exactly right! I had an awesome chicken burger.. the buns were so good.. toasted. Everything is homemade!
