Garbage. Absolute trash. I managed to choke this garbage down, because I hadn’t ate all day. But I suggest you don’t. I like to support local business, its what keeps small towns alive, and I know my money is going to put food on the table for the local owners. But if you keep serving this pig slop, you better hope the ice cream is good. Because your food sucks! I wont be back. I promise you that.

Hi Dairy Queen i recommend DQ for their great food take for this Friday i had lunch at DQ restaurant,12999 Warwick Blvd, Newport News in Virginia. I order a single hamburger, fries and diet coke i enjoy my food. I love the outstanding customer service i got up front from DQ crew, the good job of DQ grill crew, the maintenance man JOE who opening the door for me and the kindness of the managers DQ i just say GODS love to you and thank you DQ!

Time and again it happened that around 15min to 10min before closing time we take the drive thru and this happend today 10/10/2024 20:19. My husband just got off from work and took the drive thru the staff sees him but ignored him. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.
Do they realize they're still on the clock ?
The younger staff is very immature. They keep on joking around and doesn't pay any attention to the customers they are busy with.
We enjoy the food but the staff is the reason we don't want to support the Langdon branch.

Very immature staff. Goofing off and joking with each other while trying to take our order. Got our order wrong. Forgot to flip our blizzard when handing to my son. My son points it out and they all yell at the kid that handed him the blizzard and acted like they couldn’t do anything about it.

Lisa, has a lot of personality and pleasant. The resturante exstreamly clean you can almost eat off the floor in the bathroom. the food was cooked fresh and mmm good. So yes I do recommend this "DQ" remember to give it a "5" thumbs
