As many know my son has had a very tough time lately with his health. Today my husband got him out of the house and took him to Pizza Ranch. Dustin had such a special day!!! He was delivered a special order pizza by one of the owners. He has never had special treatment like that ever. He is still smiling and talking about it. Makes my heart happy to know that there are still people out there going the extra mile. Thanks Ben, this is a smile I will never forget.

We were in Lisbon this week taking a family member to the Veterans Home. After we finished there we were craving Pizza Ranch. i have to say I was not impressed with the Lisbon location. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to come to the register after 5 employees saw us standing there. The person who rang us up was mean mugging us like it was bothering her to do her job. Then turned all nice when it came time to enter a tip on the touch screen. We sat at a table near the register and surprisingly the mean mugging continued. She couldn't seem to put her cell phone down. We normally love Pizza Ranch, but not this one. Our next visit to Lisbon, we'll be going to the little ice cream and burger stand across the street instead.

The kitchen was way behind the dinner rush. The salad bar wasn't very fresh, and the beverage machine was out of syrup on a few flavors. I got the cold shoulder from everyone I said hello to.
