We have gone to this Arby’s twice in the past six months. Both times they didn’t fill our order completely and they were slower than molasses. It took them 15 minutes before we got our order and even then we only got half of it. Their lack of service is ridiculous especially when they weren’t even busy at the time we have gone. We live 30 minutes away. We shouldn’t have to supervise the employees to make sure they’re doing their job right. I’ve worked in the food industry for years. It’s astounding how little care and respect they have for their customers.

We ordered and decided to eat in our vehicle. The lobby was so disgusting! Shoes stuck to the floor, not just by the pop machine everywhere, dirty tables, trash and food on floor. The window to look through the kitchen was dirty stuff running down it. I was grossed out I couldn’t finish my food. Not very friendly worker’s either. Health inspector should really check this place!

I went to order a couple things off the menu and you guys were “out” of everything. I thought the way the employees chose to communicate that was very rude as well. There was very little “customer service”

Wow, so terribly rude! The drive through lady yelled at us and actually threw the food in our car. They got our order wrong 3 times so we finally gave up.

Was not happy with our order. They told us we were getting fresh curly fries but they tasted old and burnt. We didn't get all of our food either. This has been the second time we have been that they didn't get the food right.
