Nice restaurant with a large selection of different dishes such as salads, bowls, toast and sandwiches. Coffee is also prepared in all variations. Our salad and sandwich tasted ok, but wasn't a highlight. Convenient for a quick stop during the day.

Good coffee and great atmosphere. However they really should have more than one register to take orders at. There were plenty of employees but I had to wait for two people to make a very complex order. Unfortunate someone couldn't have helped me sooner.

I came for the coffee. They have a picture of a Diedrich coffee roaster on their maps page, so I assumed they were serious about their beans. The food is better than the usual commissary food at starbucks or dunkin.

I put an order in 6 minutes ahead of time for 3 items off their menu. I showed up and they weren't even busy. They made me wait around 15 minutes for my items that were already done because the front cashier kept standing around and talking and not doing her job. I was late for work because of them.

Food is good but the price is not ideal. If you asked me I’d say the food was good and cost a lot. But if you asked me on a deeper level, I’d say the food and drinks are highly recommended but the price prevents me from going here more often. Definitely a healthier option in Mandan area, but plenty of other options in a better price range.

Balancing Goat has the strongest and best tasting espresso I've had since moving to ND. Good food and drink options. The team is amazing!! I see how well they train new team members, which says a lot about a small business. I wish there was a better reward system, especially for frequent customers. BUT, regardless, I'll always get my coffee here because of the team and espresso!!
