Literally the worse place I ever ate at. Customer service was horrible.! Waited over an hour for our food. The literally ignored us when we first got here. Waited for ever to get drinks. We seen 3 tables come and leave before we even got our food.!!

I’ve had the pizza from here many,many times and it has always been excellent. First time ever going last night to sit in the pub. Horrible service. Had to clear the table ourselves as no one ever came to clear the tables. We were there a with a few other couples and waited almost an hour for the waitress to come and take a drink order. Only to have her tell us “well it’s gonna take a while to get you a beer” . We had her take our pizza orders at the same time. Took another 20 min for her to bring out the beer, never came back to see if anyone wanted another. Even tried to flag her down and she refused to acknowledge us and even others at other tables. Finally just went up to the bar and the bartender immediately got me another beer. Waited 40 min to get the pizza. Seems like it was this way with all the tables. The waitress seemed very not in her element. Either has no training or no idea how to serve. When it came time to pay - we got tired of waiting for her so just went and paid at the bar. I have never been in a bar and had to wait that long to get a drink. I would’ve left if it were not for some couples wanting to try the pizza. All said they loved the food. But won’t come back.
Only reason I do recommend, is the pizza is amazing. But will only order to go. Not to dine in.

Five stars. My son stumbled across this place when he was ordering pizza. Neither of us had ever heard of it before, but he thought the pizza looked good and decided to give it a try. When it arrived, I was honestly shocked at how good it was. It ended up being the best tasting pizza I’ve had in a long time, especially considering I had no expectations going in.
We ordered again today, and it was just as delicious as the first time. We also tried the breadsticks this time, and they were amazing. This is definitely going to be one of our go-to pizza spots from now on.

Second time we've walked out after 15 minutes or so of being ignored. I get being busy and/or short of staff, but if people come in, you could at least offer them a drink menu one of the 4 times you walked by! The table next to us had their menus when we came in and NOBODY brought them their drink order before we left. Drink orders are usually taken when you get menus. Customers bussing the tables so they can finally sit down! Potential customers (besides us) eventually walking out without even being acknowledged! Expanding your menu isn't going to help business if you can't handle what you have now! Don't waste time going there unless you have A LOT of time to waste!

First time at new location. One other table at 6pm, people seated at bar. Had a pizza came with jalapeños, I should have read description better. Pizza was good quite flimsy maybe to much cheese?

After hearing radio ads, went in tonight, sat at bar, waited maybe 7 mins ,got no service, looked way under manned, maybe 30 customers, saw only 2 staffers, no bartender seen....ha...not going again.....if you got time to check the cameras, you should have time to say hello and take a drink order.....

Great place to eat. Good atmosphere, great staff,good music. I went to try their alferdo pizza and experience Wednesday trivia. It was a lot of fun. I will be back for sure.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Black Lions. From the start, they were out of half the beers on the menu, and members of my party had to try ordering 3-4 different options before finding one that was actually available. The drink service was very slow, and it was clear that other customers were also getting frustrated. Our pizza took well over an hour to arrive, only for it to be wrong when it did. The staff seemed just as frustrated and never offered an apology for the mistakes or delays. While the pizza itself was good, the overall experience—especially the required 2.5-hour dining experience for pizza and beer—was disappointing, and we generally felt ignored throughout our visit.
