Went to enjoy valentines in their igloos for a prefix meal. With a reservation they didn’t have our table ready? You could smell the gas the whole time and one heater didn’t work. So while freezing, our meal came with no appetizer. It was dropped off by the runner so we could not ask the waiter for a long time. Eventually when we did they said there was a problem with the app. So now no app and our meal is already cold. We forfeited our desert so we could leave. Asked for a discount on the prefix only receiving a third of the meal. There was maybe $10 discounted. We just threw the cash down and left. I emailed management and they seemed nice and offered a gift card to win us back. But that never came. We will never go back and the broken oar treated us poorly
