I ordered my food online, sent my aide to pick it up, she went thru the drive thru and also ordered a burger for herself. When she got to the window she was told she could only pick up ONE order at a time and now had to go BACK into line in the drive thru to pick up the second order (mine)!!! When she refused the so-called manager (he was a small young guy) started yelling at her he would call the police if she didnt either leave or go the end of the line in the drive thru. I am wondering if it had anything to do with the fact that she was a black woman? Just wondering because I have never heard of such a thing happening before. He did call the cops, but she was already in the process of leaving, but she stopped and asked the officer if he wanted her to wait, he told her no, go on it was ok. But as someone who used to love to eat Burger Kings food, I will never order from that location (the one on south washington, 1412 south wash) and may not order from any BK again. That was past ridiculous!!!

Food was awful and cold even though I had to wait for “fresh” chicken fries and they were still cold and gross wouldn’t not recommend mandan or Bismarck BK both slow even at lunch time cold food from both places will never eat at BK again

We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and never got answered at the speaker the 3 cars behind me left so I went in to make sure the speaker was working and there was 5 workers just standing there working on 1 order at the window. Mandan burger king should just close for good if that's how they run a restaurant

Absolutely horrible the food was cold and the pop was warm. Also waited for 20-30 mins for food and there was only one other person in line. Do not go here!

The customer service associates are very cordial.The burger and potato fries are very delicious.The strawberries drinks are very nice.Finally,the environment is very spacious,clean and neat.

Went here today, 06/17/22. Inside of restaurant was closed, but had 6 little kids running around and jumping on and off of the tables!! Went thru the drive thru, waited 10 minutes to place my order. Pulled up to the first window to pay, the guy tried to short me 4.00 after counting it out on his fingers. Pulled up to the Seco d window, they hand out my tea with no ice in the cup and it is hot. Asked the lady to put some ice in it and she said they were out of ice. So I asked for a refund, she said they had no manager there and they wouldn't do it anyway. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT AT THIS BURGER KING!!!

I sat in lane 2 and watched 3 cars order and proceed in lane 1. I was acknowledge when I pulled up and then I was forgotten or wasn't important or whatever so I left hungry and disappointed

Management keeps changing frequently, Seems like they are on GM 6 in a years time. Cant get orders correct frequently, Expect to go back to the restaurant up to 3 times before they get your order correct. Expect old, cold fries, and fried products often. This location is the slums of BK Fast Food chain. Bismarck, ND has better locations, Accuracy, and quality.

The new manager is super nice, my food tasted delicious and this place is 3 min away from my work I always stop by for a fresh tasty burger, I forgot the restaurant manager name but thank you.

Under new management and from what i see its amazing management I live in Florida up hear visit family and braved the cold to get food?got the wrong order at the drive thru and the new GM personally talked to me understand my situation and delivered my correct order to me ???? go burger King?? in mandan North Dakota

Normally have a fine experience, but lately has been purely awful, morning crew is nice but night crew has been awful. Missing food. Undercooked or burnt. And quite rude, gave our food to some random person and told us we need a verification for proof we’re who we say we are. Won’t be going back for a long while as tonight they had a “meeting” and weren’t serving. It’s 8pm and multiple cars and people are being denied with no real explanation as they just stand by the windows. No signs saying their closed for the night or they aren’t serving. Honestly the whole night crew needs to either be re trained PROPERLY or let go if they can’t learn this job.

Worst experience ever. I just left and the male employee threw my food at me through the drive threw Window. Not to mention the look of death that he gave me that made me feel uncomfortable and scared. I said thank you to him and he slammed the Windows shut. I will tomorrow be going to speak to a manager. I will never go to this burgerking again.

Workers act like they don't want to be there. Employees don't care about there jobs. Food ok for fast food. I can understand if it was busy but only two cars in drive-thru. No one inside. Will never go back.

If I could give it a zero I would. The amount of attitude from the workers was completely unprofessional. We went through the drive thru and needed more time to decide on our order, when I started to order the lady said "oh are you ready now" and proceeded to be very snotty and rude. When we were getting our food the guy was throwing our things in the bags and had the most awful attitude. Not to mention there was hair on my child's burger and they forgot to give us one of our drinks so I told them and they still gave us the wrong drink. We will definitely not be returning.

Went through drive through. I feel like Burger King used to have better quality food. Even though it is a fast food restaurant. But I plan on making it a point to not eat there again. I was very dissatisfied with the Big King burger I ordered.
