We stopped here after a long journey, we also had our dog and didn't want him to stay in the vehicle while we ate. Thankfully, probably due to the hot weather outside, they obliged. The staff, like many North Dakotans, are pet lovers and our little guy became the star and got all sorts of attention. The food was good as is usual and the staff was awesome and friendly

Feedback (07/07/25 around 3–4 PM): As a regular customer, I usually have great experiences and am treated kindly. However, during this visit, a staff member I had to interact with seemed upset when I wanted to get points while being served at the till but claimed the point system was down. So I ordered online instead to get the points. After that, I received noticeably colder service, including a drink cup being slammed on the counter and some uncomfortable staring—even though I remained polite. Or when I asked questions, treated with like I was a nuisance. I understand things can get stressful, but small moments like that can leave a negative impression. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were friendly as usual. Just a reminder to extend patience—it really makes a difference.
Other then this reflection, you would have stayed at 5 stars...

Every time I try to go through drive thru I either end up leaving because I have sat waiting to order for 15 to 20 min with one vehicle by the window or it takes up to 30 min to get one burger from ordering to pick up. Either they don't know how to schedule staff or they just do not care as I have worked at a burger King among other fast food places! Very unhappy!
Ordered inside, took over 20 minutes to get order taken. Food took another 15 minutes. I went to my truck and saw they forgot an item. They locked the door so I had to go to the drive thru. I waited almost 35 minutes for my one missing item while the rest of my food sat and got cold and soggy. Not impressed with the service at all!

This is just one of the worst burger kings around. Service is always slow, not uncommon for them to mess your order up. Ordered a couple of melts on the app, and they don't have the items listed on the app. Service is always just blah. Food is always just ok. Only reason I go there is cause it's close and only thing that is to my house.
