Ordered a bacon king asked for no ketchup got ketchup asked for a medium drink got a small asked about the drink got told we'll that's what she rung up wth not my fault ya don't use ur screen the drink almost as important as the meal lol but the food was kinda warm atleast

They are so disrespectful and incompetent of there job. Poor excuse of public service. When someone calls about a wrong order, you don't say I didn't do that and hang up on you. I've called back 10 times to talk to a manager. Goes to a voice mail that's full. This is the third time in a year... One job at the windows. Make sure you got the right order to the customer. Lesson learned to check food at window no matter how much in a hurry you are.

I never write reviews, but Storm working the drive-through was so kind, polite, and had the best customer service voice. Very professional. I wish every drive through restaurant had his professionalism.

You don't see it often at fadt food restaurants but I stopped at Mandan's Burger King. My order taker spoke clearly and a couple of time as I placed order she would verify it. She was extremely pleasant and my order was perfect. When she spoke to you she made eye contact and again very cheerful. This employee's name was Shannon and she was one of the manager. I would hope her superior sees this and give a much deserved attaboy maybe a spiff. She is an excellent example of what fast food dining used to be.
