I’ve never had a bad experience at Culver’s until today. All I ordered was a medium flavor of the day concrete mixer. They forgot about my order, and I had to wait 30 minutes at the drive-thru. I appreciate the staff apologizing and offering to make the custard better since it barely had any cookie dough. I won’t go back for a little while, not until the staff can be more trained to work under pressure. 2.5/5

Came in late tonight, and originally my shake didn’t have the right consistency or taste as it usually does. I hate complaining but they told me they hand make them once it’s late in the eve. They re-made it and it then it was perfect. Really appreciate the hard workers here!!! Thank you for making it right

I don’t recommend curbside, you’ll sit there for 10 minutes (ordered 35 minutes before hand) and get frustrated go inside and realize they had your order ready just that no one wanted to bring it out.

The Custard Shakes are so freakin good! I had the mushroom & Swiss burger, fav out of all fast food! The gentleman that took our order was funny & knowledgeable. Definitely will return!
I rarely call in after a delivery but today I did. The food was cold and we only live less than 5 minutes away and they driver was here in less than 5 minutes after leaving. We asked for no lettuce on the fish sandwich because of an allergy to the preservative used to keep it fresh in restaurants and we were missing an order of cheese kurds. Nothing was offered to make up for this, no coupon or discount or even come and get a replacement. Just a we will try to do better. After spending over $50 on 2 dinners which one was not even edible and a two for one cheeseburger deal that thankfully we had to help, I will not be ordering from here again.

We often pass through Bis-Man and Culver's is our go-to stop for food. The food is always hot and fresh and the employees are friendly.
