Got there a few minutes early and let them know we had arrived… our est ready time came and went… 10 min later my boyfriend went in and they weren’t done with our order. Lobby had a few people, there were many employees, most of which were not doing anything. Got our order wrong… can tell the sides had been sitting a while.. over all disappointing

I've been here twice in the past 2 weeks and have been let down both times. The first time I ordered curbside and a team member never came to give me my food. After 10 minutes I went in myself and grabbed it from the shelf.
The second time is when I took this picture. They have terrible accuracy with ingredients. My burger is missing bacon and Grilled onions and they only gave me 4 jalapenos. It's just sad.
The only redeeming item I got were the cheese curds

I ordered my food and the chicken was cold and frozen, like it had just been taken out of the freezer. When I noticed, I realized that the employees at that place don't know how to cook. I can only say that I will never go back to that place to buy food.

The food was fine, they did add onions when I wanted no onions but that's fine. HOWEVER, the urgency or just general ability to care about their job or customers was NOT there. We watched our order be packed and then handed off from person to person before it made it's way to us. It's like they didn't know what to do with it! There was no communication between the five people standing up front to pack and deliver orders. They eventually put it on a side rack (that wasn't heated) and we waited another 5 minutes for them to get a juice box for the order. THEN, we went up with a free scoop coupon and asked for a flavor of the day and she asked what toppings I wanted (...whatever comes on the flavor of the day?) and we had 10 scoopie tokens to redeem for a prize. She didn't know what that was and asked if I was sure I didn't just want the free kids meal instead of asking someone what the prize was. She eventually got someone to help and we got our prize and then my custard came and it honestly just looked sad, tasted okay, until I discovered a bright red hair in it. I've been to different Culvers across the country but this one was not it.
