The food was fine, they did add onions when I wanted no onions but that's fine. HOWEVER, the urgency or just general ability to care about their job or customers was NOT there. We watched our order be packed and then handed off from person to person before it made it's way to us. It's like they didn't know what to do with it! There was no communication between the five people standing up front to pack and deliver orders. They eventually put it on a side rack (that wasn't heated) and we waited another 5 minutes for them to get a juice box for the order. THEN, we went up with a free scoop coupon and asked for a flavor of the day and she asked what toppings I wanted (...whatever comes on the flavor of the day?) and we had 10 scoopie tokens to redeem for a prize. She didn't know what that was and asked if I was sure I didn't just want the free kids meal instead of asking someone what the prize was. She eventually got someone to help and we got our prize and then my custard came and it honestly just looked sad, tasted okay, until I discovered a bright red hair in it. I've been to different Culvers across the country but this one was not it.

I Asked for a refund for the item and they said the only way is to drive back 20 minutes to collect my $8 back even though it was their fault and I told them I payed with card. Still have to go in person for the refund.

So I ordered from Culver's through Uber Eats. When I got my order my beverage was missing. The Uber delivery guy told me that they didn't provide it and if I called Culver's they would probably give me a refund of the price. I called Culver's and they said they weren't able to do anything because I ordered through Uber Eats. So I guess I'm out of my money because no one knows who's responsible for any mistakes made between the two. Even though its only 4 dollars for the drink, its the principal of the situation Plus I got charged a delivery fee.
