“The young man working all by himself today was really nice and working hard. I told him my daughter has celiac and asked if we could get some ice cream from a new container. He understood and quickly grabbed new utensils before I even had to ask. He seemed knowledgeable about celiac, and that is so nice not to always have to explain it.
