Terrible service went threw drive up paid told to pull up front and wait 20 minutes later still no food went inside and after 10 minutes of misery finally given my food no I'm sorry or anything.

My brother in law ordered a medium strawberry blizzard and I ordered a coke float. I requested a paper cup for my float for insulation purposes and was told no. They gave me the strawberry blizzard and the ice-cream in a plastic cup without the coke ( that is the way I have always received it, unless you I the drive thru). Halfway through his blizzard my brother in law shows me that not only are there no strawberries but the icecream looks whitish. I went to the counter and explained the situation, only to have MADY take the cup abruptly from my hand and throw it hard into a trash can (she made a new one). I explained that all that had been necessary was for a few strawberries to be put into the smallest of containers that they had. I spoke with MADY about how rude she had been, only to be told that they had bent over backwards on my float insinuating that all I wanted was free coke. I proceeded to slam my half drank float on the counter and told her to keep it. It was not my finest moment, but when you are accused of trying to steal coke from a self serving soda machine in front of of other customers it was an embarrassment.....

Multiple times when ordering the chicken strip basket with gravy the gravy is like water . When brought to their attention was told that's the way it is sometimes. No offer to exchange or offer another dipping sauce. Going through the drive thru when it's 90 outside they give you your sundaes but make you go park for your food and wait 10 to 15 minutes. By the time you get to eat your sundae it's soup. One time they must have made a mistake on my order I waited 20 minutes outside. The manager finally brought my food out and said there was a coupon I. Bag for next time as compensation. When I next tried to use coupon turns out it wasn't a coupon it was an advertisement bill of the meal deals. Don't reply with sorry I hope you give us another chance. Done with Dairy Queen
Place used to be a lot better than it is now. The prices don’t really justify the quantity of food you get. Blizzards are also too expensive once you factor in how little the employees add as far as toppings goes. Their burgers also used to be much better, something must have changed this last summer with the recipe because now they just taste like fake meat.

Today was my birthday and I took my 6 grandsons (ages 9, 8, 6, 6, 4, and 3) to the Mandan Dairy Queen to celebrate. They were very excited as it was the first time we have ever done this all together - 2 families of 3 boys each. And they were LOUD (happy, excited loud) despite my many attempts to get them to quiet down a little. I want to commend the young man behind the counter who looked after us (high school age with longish dark hair). He was very patient and polite with us and got our large order of food plus ice cream (for dine-in) completely correct, no errors. I wanted to give him a tip but he told me he couldn't accept it, so I just thought I needed to let the management know what a great job this young man did. And the food was great (chicken strips, burgers, fries, various blizzards and a sundae). Thanks, DQ!

I went in here to get a Royal cheesecake blizzard. They took my order and then they filled every order in drive through and 2 people that came after me. I finally had to ask for my order which some girl made after she rolled her eyes. When I got down the road and started to eat it, it was wrong. There were no strawberries, only like a spoon full of strawberry sauce on top, and there was nothing in the center at all just ice cream and ground graham cracker crumbs... Two thumbs down...

DQ has offered mothers and then fathers a free sundae on their special holiday. You see this offer google online posts. Mandan DQ does not honor this free sundae program. Sad .. very disappointing! It was a special time that we would load the family up in the car and treat mom with a free sundae and of course the extra $ the family members orders brought in to the restaurant. Sad ..a tradition lost. 😩
