It was nice inside and plenty of parking. Just nothing special. She wasn't really thrilled with the cheesy bread. she didn't even eat one whole piece. I tried it for my first time and wasn't impressed. Maybe luck of the draw. One item to get us through until dinner, so I really can't tell you much about the rest of the pizza or offerings.

We stopped in last minute to grab some pizzas and crazy bread. Our clerk was absolutely wonderful. Very kind, helpful and we got in and out within about 10 minutes.

Ordered online and hour in advance to pick up and had to wait 45 mins after I got there. Made my pizza and put it in the pickup box but didn't add my bread to it so the order wasn't complete and I couldn't get it out. When asked workers still didn't fulfill it so I just had to sit and wait longer.

6 people working and it takes you guys 52 minutes to make the 1 pizza I ordered. That’s absolutely crazy to me.

Pretty sure my cashier gave himself a tip. I ordered a lunch combo and typically they give you a card scanner where you select a tip (if you want) and today the cashier just took my card, refused to give me a receipt, and then gave the card back to me. I'll be monitoring my bank statements for the next month or so to see what the charge actually comes out to but extremely scummy behavior. Guess I won't be coming here anymore.

Usually full of sketchy people (customers and workers) they will always mess up or forget something. We ordered a stuffed crust and they gave us something else saying they were out of stuffed crust and refused to reimburse us the difference. Will be contacting customer service asap

I called to place a pickup order bc I wanted the pretzel crust with cheese sauce and extra pepperoni. I was told adding extra pepperoni wasn’t an option. The gal that took my order was very polite and apologized and she felt they could add some but her manager said no. I also purchased some dip cups and realized when I got home that they didn’t provide the dip cups I paid for and ordered. I then drove back to get them already frustrated and was disappointed that an apology wasn’t made and nothing offered for the inconvenience.
I’d honestly didn’t expect anything ya know good hence why I choose little Caesar’s for a “hot and ready” cheese pizza. I ordered it before 4:20pm, sat for 40 mins before I finally went inside and as the lobby was full of people who were all waiting just about the same time. When I ordered I was told to just pull to the front and it’d be right out per what the “manager” (sorry excuse for a manager no wonder they can’t keep anyone in the Mandan store.) said. Then finally they start asking us if we’re waiting to order or just waiting on the food. I sat in my car and watched 7 cars come after me and leave before me with 4x the amount of food I’d ordered. On top of that they gave me some random guy named Travis cheese pizza and the “manager” wanted to get mouthy when I asked for my tip back and tried to tell me “I’ve been getting the other orders ready” HAH, clearly not because most of us were waiting for the easiest of orders. I’ve worked with food for well over 10 years and have never seen such an unprofessional and unorganized little Caesar’s then this one right here. I’d be beyond surprised if it even survives another year with how bad it’s become. If you want a fast pizza you’re better off going to Walmart and making it yourself, it’d be beyond cheaper and less hassle than what this store will give you.
