This place rocks! They may be busy alot of times but they ALWAYS make sure your food is literally as stated "hot and ready" and the customer service is excellent compared to pizza hut and dominos. These guys are scrambling to make sure you have the best experience when you arrive. They are goofy, sarcastic, and genuinely fun people. Their prices really can't be beat either. I will HIGHLY recommend this little Caesars to anyone looking for a good snack or lunch or anything really. They sell out of pizzas and bread very quickly so they can have a short wait time but I was happy when I went there and it has improved since my last visit here. Thank you little Caesars Mandan.

Took forever to order, once I got to order and get my food they charged me for 2 things but I only got one. Then they tell me if you pull up front they would bring them out to me. It has been 20 minutes and still nothing.

Waited over15 minutes to order with nobody in the drive through. Was not able to order at all even tries the window to get service. Several other cars left. Order online save yourself the hassle.

Very rude employee that would not make us fresh food. Told him I would walk out if he didn't make us fresh food and he said see ya!! I do not like pizza that is already sticking to the cardboard box. Had this to many times. I can eat my lunch someplace else. Sure don't need Little Caesars when there are 100 places to eat. You may not miss me but you will miss my money!! To bad!!

Went to Mandan Little Caesars Pizza at 10pm on a Friday night and they were closed. That is the reason for the low score. What pizza joint closes before 11pm on a Friday?
The last two times I've went through this store has been lame for me. I went inside this last time and the atmosphere was stressful. They may have been swamped but I got skipped. Then when I finally got my pizza, it was nice and hot but not what I ordered. I understand this isn't fine dining but I wish they'd be more attentive to their customers. One more try Ina couple weeks I suppose I'm hoping it's better.

We walked in for a pickup order and the lady at the counter rudley told us that it had already been picked up and we couldn't have it and we were really confused and we showed her our order on the phone she gave us alot of attitude and said we'll I guess there could be 2 with this name. She then walked away from us into the back and started arguing with a coworker blaming him for her handing out the wrong order telling him he has to remake it because he put it in there and it's his fault she handed out the wrong thing. We then waited another 25 mins for our order and wasn't told she was sorry and that there was a mix of just silence and a nasty stink eye while we were sitting and waiting. She eventually disappeared into the back, the coworker she blamed and argued with brought our food and he apologized multiple times and was very nice to us. We also watched her put someone on hold on headset and just stand there and do nothing for a good 5 minutes. She didn't have a name tag on was doing front and drove through at the same time working in fast food myself I understand messing up and handing out the wrong thing but how she handled the situation was rude and very disappointing. The only good thing I have to say is thankyou to the guy worker that was so nice and fixed the problem. We will not be returning as long as she works there.

Lady at the cash register, drive through. Maybe she is a manager of some sort. She didn't have a name tag. She was very rude She seems irritated because I asked if she could re read my order. If you don't like to serve people. Then you should not work here. Your bad attitude brings down your whole team. Monday 11, 2024. 7:30 pm. Go Figure!
