Writing this review immediately after finishing Pizza Hut pizza, wings & cheese sticks delivered tonight after getting home from a vacation because wow. I was really impressed 👏🏼 The pizza showed up faster than usual, the delivery lady was super nice, the pizza & bread sticks were fresh, hot & absolutely delicious 🤤🍕 The boneless chicken wings were equally fantastic! One of my favorite places to order pizza from 🙌🏼 It’s a party with Pizza Hut! 😎🍕🛖

Great store, they have hiccupped every now and again just like everyone else, but overall, I love their food and their staff! One problem with the chain however...This is the only place I found to voice a opinion/complaint. There is almost no point to your rewards program. I had enough points to get a large pizza. I live alone, and am not sharing with anyone... why is it I have to spend like 16 dollars on my reward? Kinda defeats the purpose of the program in the first place...

The Manager today at 11 am is disrespectful, he knew how to raise his voice when he didn't understand me when I asked for the order, when I told him that he would lower my voice and that I understood him, but he didn't understand me, I went outside to look for my translator on my cell phone and be able to explain better when he came in he was telling his employees what happened according to him and they were all laughing and making fun and I could have placed the order but when he understood what I was asking for I didn't agree to place my order because the employees who told him what happened, they were laughing and mocking, I hope that the owner of this place reads my comment so that this situation is not repeated with any other client because I am Puerto Rican and an American citizen, if I respect others I expect the same respect from others towards my person. I do not recommend the place to any client.Manager at 11 am on Oct 6, 2023, you do not know how to respect the customer and much less know how to speak Spanish and you also do not know how to speak English how many times I told you that the order I wanted was a Pizza Hut promotion that arrived to my postal mail and you kept asking my name to look up the order in the system from the previous day and you also have no professional ethics when you go to your employees to tell them the situation and together with them you laugh at your client and thank God that they listen to you Because you lost a client, Maneger educate yourself and respect the client as I respect you.
