Tried calling to place a family order. No answer after 10+ rings. Called back. Someone answered after 6 or 7 rings. I tried talking but they couldn’t hear me, so as I turned my phone off Bluetooth they hung up. Didn’t give me 3 seconds. Rolling hills lost my business today to someone else. It appeared they didn’t really want it.

I stopped at the Flying J in Mandan, ND to shower, do laundry, have dinner. The bacon cheeseburger was YUGE! I’ll have the other half for breakfast tomorrow morning. Amazing food, staff, service!

Went there to eat ordered a omelet ,burger no bun, and a salad for the 3 of us took over an hr and a half. The five tables that came after us all got there food before us. Terrible.

I go here regularly for breakfast. Well prepared just the way asked for eggs, sausage patties are out of this world good and the hash browns are absolutely delicious and generous and the meal is brought to your table piping hot and scrumptious Waitress are very caring and quickly take your orders.
There is no restaurants in the Bismarck, Mandan and surrounding area that serves a breakfast as fine as this restaurant. I have also had the same experience with the other items in their menu
Every Sunday they have a scrumptious breakfast buffets Prices are reasonable but heck I would be willing to pay more to eat at this fabulous restauran

You know I’ve been A Truck Driver for 26yrs and I never tried this Restaurant, this is the best breakfast I have ever tried on the road. The portions that you receive is worth the price. My meal consists of the 3 meats omelette and hash browns with wheat toast. My server Terra was super super nice and I enjoyed her welcome services Thank you Terra for your professionalism and Rolling Hills Restaurant Team, if I could give you all 10 stars I would . Had breakfast buffet, do not recommend. The only things edible were the cheesy hash browns and bacon. The food is like eating in a school cafeteria, it all comes premade and overcooked. Not worth $17.

Lots of flys. Food wasn’t great. Low rating for me is when trying to have an actual sit down meal, and you have an employee of the restaurant sit in the booth behind you, and is obnoxiously loud while on the phone when there are other tables away from customers. Overall it’s what you’d expect from a joint tied to a pilot/flying j. Not great not horrible
I tried the Chicken Fried Steak with Mash Potatoes and the Knoephla Soup everything was great and the Soup was to die for if you're into creamy soups with dumplings and potatoes thus is it. The waitresses where great and friendly and consistently checked on me. Thanks for the great food and experience. ??

My friends and I ate in your restaurant on 08/18/2024 and all three of us got sick and the service was terrible. It took forever to get any drinks and when it came to refills forget it and when I said can I get some more tea she said when I come back around and there was only 3 tables with people at them so as far as me eating in this restaurant again it want happen. The only thing good about this restaurant was the beautiful Redhead working there

The dining area was a little dark and in need of little TLC. Plenty of parking for large rigs given it's connected to truck stop. Lots of flies and it was a long time to get our food. But I think there were only 2 or 3 people taking care of the entire restaurant. They were pretty busy. So given all that, service was good, food was decent, prices were good, portions were good.
We'd stop there again as long as we have the time to wait for the food.
Parking: Large parking for big RVs and trucks as well as cars.
