Aiden was outstanding and deserves to be recognized. He had pick up orders, customers in line and the phone was ringing. He handled it all with a smile and great customer service. To top it off, he was working by himself due to a call out. Thanks for the awesome service and sandwiches!!!

The frustration, the past 3 times I’ve stopped at this location, I ordered ahead 30 minutes and they say the order is ready on the app but when I walk in they are litterally just starting to make my sandwiches, I see they are short staffed as they are urgently hiring, but there starting pay is so low compared to any other fast food place. As for this I do not fully blame employees as they are not getting paid enough to work hard. In my opinion this location is the worst, I will be going around the corner to grand junction from now on.

I ordered three foot-long subs on the app and paid for them. When the app said they were ready to go, I showed up to get them. The doors were locked, the lights were turned off and nobody was working there. The employees of the gas station next-door said that they have been closed all day. I called for the next three days consecutively trying to get a refund for my money that I paid for subs which I was unable to get and was never able to get a hold of anybody. Every time they answer the phone they just said that they would have a manager call me back who would not call me back.

Got The Great Garlic chicken footling and it was amazing!
This was the subway located in cenex on the strip in Mandan, just to clarify. The food was great but the service from the chick with black hair who was high has a kite was TERRIBLE. We payed with a coupon and she never used it. Crumpled it up, threw it away and then charged us full price. We brought it up to her that we think a mistake was made and she got pissed. She mumbled some excuses, walked away and then her co-worker, a guy, came over and took over for her. He was very professional, re-did our order and got it all straightened out. Will never stop here again due to this lady's attitude and unprofessionalism.

The service and atmosphere of this restaurant is terrible. They need to renew their entire staff to people who actually want to work there and care about your food. The staff made me feel terrible about what I wanted on my subs. They completely ignored me, I felt judged, the employees there really don't care about you or your food. This was the worst service industry experience I’ve had in my 58 years on this planet. I entered and the girt(who refused to give me her name) stated to me, “It will be a minute.” “Sure. I said.) It is worth noting, the time was 7:56pm, Tuesday, 9th of January 2024. I stated then, I’m ordering 5 footings please. The girl then looks at me in silence, looks at her co-worker, then tells me…”no, I’m not doing that.” I then said, “excuse me?” She then reiterates, “No, I am not doing that. We have inventory, I am not making 5 sandwiches.” Stunned and in utter disbelief, I thought this to be a joke. However, I then said to the girl with a pierced nose, tattoos on her neck and I believe, face. My only way of identifying her since she refused to tell me her name. I said, “ you are open for business, but because I want 5 sandwiches, you won’t serve me because you don’t want to make them. She then says, “Yeap.” I then said, ok, well you have yourself a great rest of your night. I left!!! This was the utter, rudiest, disrespectful disposition ever presented to me by someone employed to serve the public. How a corporation or private owner will support such disconnect from an employee with the public, I will seek to find out that answer because I intend to address this to the highest level of who ever is the owner of this Subway. I had the displeasure of reading other reviews on this particular establishment and, I can’t sound the horn loud enough to say to the public, take your money elsewhere because you to will eventually receive displeasurable treatment at this Subway in Mandan.
