The Bomb burrito I ordered was delicious, and it was very presentable. The woman working the window was courteous and professional. I would recommend to a friend.

Oh La La. Let me start out by saying I love Taco Johns. There aren’t any Taco Johns in the South so I like to stop here whenever I’m back in town. My experience started out excellent, the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The churro was fried to perfection and expertly sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. I was full and happily sitting in a booth with my family when all of a sudden I heard the supervisor/manager verbally abuse her coworker while they were cleaning the bathrooms. Now usually this kind of thing doesn’t belong in a review, but this level of abuse was disturbing and needs to be addressed. Do better.

Ordered door dash. Half the food didn't show. They sent the missing food and half of that didn't show. The service has gone down hill lately. The owner needs to take control. 3rd time this has happened in the last month.

The sign says that it closes at 10:00. I showed up at 9:50 and the door is locked. Maybe you should change you sign to closes whenever we feel like it.

Absolutely horse shit tacos are messy, oles are stale, and I asked for super hot and confirmed with the person at the order window multiple times and still not get it!
I've been coming to Taco John's mandana for a long time in the mornings for a while every time I come through the two ladies that are always working are so rude they mess up your order and they just have no good customer service I am very disappointed with their staff in the morning but other than that the other staff that have a smile and treat their customers with respect kudos I'll keep coming for them

Used to have very good food, Now the meat on the tacos is a thin line, lettus is brown and soggy, shredded cheese is dried out and hard the food is always cold and not worth the money anymore.

Order was correct, but the meat was runnier than I remember it being. Service would have been 5 star, but a female employee raised her voice at a customer when the customer told her the order was wrong. The employee said “well someone else took your order then” and was rude while saying it. Not the customers problem. Just offer to fix it.
