The owner of this establishment, Jason, should definitely NOT be working with the public. What an attitude! We scheduled our class reunion to be held at Hagge's nearly a year in advance. I have text messages to prove it (and YES, you did reply). We show up only to be told we weren't on the schedule and he was short staffed and not prepared. The poor attitude, rudeness, unprofessionalism from not only him, but the older woman was shocking. You would think making money would be a good thing, but his attitude never improved. I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. Jason is very lucky to have the ladies working for him that were there that night. I don't know where our reunion will be in 10 years, but I can guarantee where it will not be. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. Lucky for him, I waited 2 weeks to post this review.

I walked in with my family of 6 we went to the side with all of the games. There were a few people in the bar. No staff yet that I saw. A woman walks out and immediately tells us there are no kids allowed on that side. She was was extremely rude. Did not say sorry no kids on this side or direct is to where there were other games to play. She rudely said absolutely no kids on this side and just walked away. We left. I know it won’t kill their business that we didn’t eat there but that woman’s attitude will and customer service will. Don’t go here if you are not local.

We had lunch there after a Happy Hooligans golf tournament. Pretty large crowd and the kitchen and service staff worked hard and did a very good job.

Tried a goldfish shot. Probably never again, but it was definitely interesting. The bartender was great this time, but it is a small town, so when you walk in and people don't know you, they look at you weird. I like how they have blackjack tables and slots. 4 stars because of the times I've been there where the employees were rude for no reason.
