Only 4 people in the restaurant, waitress informed us it would be an hour before they could even put the order in, while we were talking to the waitress the phone rang for take out order and than the waitress said it would be an hour and a half before the order would be put in, it seems like all they care about is there take out orders, who wants to wait 2 hours for the food to be served. Been going there for years and the service is getting worse every time we go in there, seems they don't care if they lose long time customers

My family and i just stopped in at the Pizza shop in Mayville for the first time, And the food was excellent and the customer service was excellent, Everyone was very welcoming and polite.... if you like pizza this is a great place to eat because everything was homemade and delicious... My husband has worked in a Pizza business in the past. And he's a very hard critic when it comes to Pizza and he even loved it. So yeah, if you want homemade Pizza stop in at the Pizza shop, it's got a very homey feel to it, And the employees are very polite and courteous... we will definitely be back in the near future

Cool little place food was amazing and cooked fresh
Really odd experience. I literally have never experienced something like that. No music was playing, super quiet and weird. My family and I walked in and everyone stared at us. (Small ND community) Older gal told us loudly that she cannot push tables together, then ten minutes later pushed some together. She told us right away she is super busy and “hope you don’t have to be anywhere”. Which was understandable but as time went on things slowed. Took a hour to get our food. Was making really odd comments and told my 2 year old nephew to “calm down” then proceeded to tell us she hated Taylor swift and our music choices and was in childcare for 20 years? Pizza tasted like frozen pizza. Felt like cardboard and tasted stale. If I had the money I’d open a place across the street and beat them at their own game. Will never return.

Since this is one of the only restaurants in Mayville, we were lucky that it's so good. The pizza is tasty and the cheese tastes really fresh. The service is friendly and the restaurant, though old, is clean and homey.
