Every time we come here they are rude and dismissive and have have messed up our order every time it almost seems like it’s on purpose. I ordered a sandwich not a onion soup! And this is after the juice spilled everywhere leaked threw 2 wrappers and we only got 1 napkin I went back around and asked for 2 wrappers for them because of that reason and she threw 5 of em at me. cookies were completely smashed and broken at the bottom of the bag me and my family and friends will never be coming back here. Poor customer service this is an expensive restaurant to be messing up so many orders! And not accepting coupons I’ve worked at subway for a while a couple years ago and would have never gotten away with that and I have never been to a subway like that I am beyond.

Very pleased with this location. A nice and quiet restaurant with very clean restrooms. I am a bit upset that they don't accept coupons, however the coupons still work online!

This place doesn’t accept coupons, all Mayville and Portland residents receive coupons in the mail , and owner is snotty about not accepting coupons!

I drove into mayville yesterday to Subway with Subway coupon in hand. I presented coupon prior to ordering. Clerk said "We don't take coupons!" Well, isn't that ridiculous. Today I called Grand Forks Subway and asked if the accept Subway coupons. She replied "of course we do" with a little giggle adding that all the Subways in the GF area accept the coupons. I will never go to Mayville Subway again.

The drive up is a joke, I seen a vehicle drive over the cement parking barriers. It's confusing. The workers have been rude both times I've been here.

Poorly managed, food is ok on a good day, but usually pretty bad. One of our subs had mushy chicken, it was so bad that it was basically inedible.Owner wanted us to return it in order to get a refund but we had already thrown it away. Also, returning a sandwich is very impractical for those of us who work or are on the road. I’ve worked in food service before and I’ve never seen a manager so unwilling to work with an unhappy customer. How unprofessional and petty!

Brown lettuce and other veggies were not fresh. I understand preventing loss but yikes. A bit extreme when you are serving paying customers veggies you wouldn't put on your own sub.

While on vacation we stopped in for lunch. We had two footling toasted sandwiches that were very tasty, good choices in chips and soda selections, clean tables for dining in and two delightful servers.
