A little hole in the wall. Stayed in Bismark all weekend and came to The Decoy for dinner with family who live close by. The best food I had all weekend! Lots of laughs and friendly people! Great service! Thank you!
Best Philly cheese steak EVER! Friendly staff. Cozy place with pool table and dart board. Bartender Emmy really handled how busy they were like a rock star! (went twice, soooo worth it!!!) I would highly recommend this little gem? *Patty melt looked amazing also, pretty much all her food is delish!
