Great spiced chai. Quick. Friendly. Had free trail mix in cups the day I was there.

Disappointed as we didn’t get to taste their ice cream after standing in line for 15 min… the door sign showed they will close at 3:30pm… we walked in at 3:20 and there was a line of 5 people before us and a woman with 3 kids came after us… at 3:30pm the employee serving ice cream started telling people coming into the store that they were closed (I don’t think she could flip the sign to closed as she was working alone) and people said ok and left… then at 3:35 she said told the rest of us that she can’t serve us as she has things to do to close… so 2 people before us and the 4 who came after us all stood in line for 15 min and had to leave… a bit frustrating as the family at the head of the line was ordering a whole lot of milkshakes that took a while, but it just seems poor customer service to not finish serving the folks who made it into the store before 3:30.

Also- current hours on Google are wrong… we came on Monday at 5 because closing was listed at 7 and it was closed and today it closed at 3:30 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think a lot of places are winding down from the tourist season and adjusting their hours.

The store itself is cute and they had a lot of nice flavors of ice cream, milkshakes, chai, coffee, and floats, in addition to mugs, candy, snacks, candy, plush toys, etc. so there was definitely potential for 5 stars if we could have gotten the ice cream and proper service.

Hours are wrong. Change them please.

Perfect spot to grab a snack or ice cream on your way out of town. Always stopped here before leaving to head home.

Cute coffee shop that also serves ice cream. Recommend mocha, miel, caramel Frappuccino and honey bear drinks. Service was also great. The girls were very patient while my family made their decisions.

Excellent ice cream and coffee!

The two gals working made me a delicious americano and a tasty Lotus. The one gal you could tell was learning and the other gal had her back. They were a good team and did a great job!

Spent some time here during our time at Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Town of Medora is one of my favorite western towns!! The ice cream at Hatlee was the best I’ve had!! My husband loved his Huckleberry ( said it was the best he has had), and my Chocoholic was delightful!
