We had a wonderful time visiting your wine bar. Wonderful atmosphere and waitstaff. Thank you for such a pleasant visit!
Disappointing experience to say the least.
We believed one of the owners were around to help serve us. the tone was extremely condescending and the vibe unwelcoming. At every turn he acted inconvenienced. When one of us had a totally foul/off wine in the flight, he said “that’s just their style.” Thankfully he did replace it which is important but he was super patronizing in doing so.
Several of us are very much into wine and we were so excited to visit this spot but left really disappointed. I don’t leave poor reviews for small biz in small towns lightly but they need to clean up their act.

This is one of nicest places to eat in Medora, especially if you're over the burger-and-fries and/or pizza scenario. It's quietly elegant, with its upscale Western motif; very cozy and welcoming. Gigi was our server, and she was so very friendly and helpful, checking up on us frequently enough to provide top-notch service, without hovering. We started out with the BBQ Blueberry Meatball Flatbread, which was SO good, I will probably order it again, when I have to return to Medora in a few days. My hubs ordered the lasagne for his entree, while I ordered the wedge salad with shrimp and balsamic vinaigrette. The lasagne was substantially portioned, and very cheesy. My salad was excellent (two ladies, who were seated just as our food arrived, both asked what I had); the shrimp were a nice size for addition to a salad, maybe 61-70 size. The salad itself was perfectly dressed with nice snippets of real bacon, tidbits of bleu cheese, minced onion, and a lovely mix of heirloom grape tomato halves. The dressing was delectable. Hubs also tried the huckleberry IPA, and said it was excellent. Medora Uncork'd is such a nice addition to this area's dining options!
SIDEBAR NOTE: On the way over, I was a little concerned about getting seated quickly, as Google Maps said it was busier than usual at the moment, but we figured we'd just go elsewhere if we couldn't get served in our necessary timeframe. However, as we entered, I could see only one other couple in the dining room (although we could see that a large party had just vacated one section), so don't fully rely on Google's observations, their metrics may be a bit off.

The staff is incredible and the food selection is outstanding! The wine selection was fun with a wide variety! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We went here on a crowded evening and the staff was phenomenal. Our waiter was super attentive and kept us updated on when our food was coming as well as making sure our order got in before a large group that arrived at the same time as us. The food was delicious and the prices were super reasonable. Overall, great food and some of the best restaurant service I've seen in a while.

Nice place for dinner and a few drinks. A good, local tap list and a large wine list. Very friendly service. Waited out a storm here, I think we chose well.

Pizza was actually really good, which I wasn't expecting for a small town! Atmosphere was a bit nicer than the other dining options down the street which were more saloon style bars.

I don't always eat pizza in Medora, but when I do, Uncork'd is the place I go. Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The meatball and blueberry pizza was amazing.

I prefer to give 5 ratings. However, the spaghetti & meatballs was not meeting the standards of a marginal Italian restaurant. It took a long time to be served. The desserts were fine.

OMG, the fettuccine Alfredo jumps off the plate and is arguably the most delicious one I’ve ever had!
Great, beautiful restaurant in the tourist town of Medora, ND. The decor is modern, bistro/wine bar/gastrropub which is what you’d expect with a name like Uncorked.
The food was delightful. The kids all ordered various versions of spaghetti. The pesto sandwich could been improved by being toasted.
Highly recommend in a town of fun recommends!
Parking: Easy camper friendly town. Was able to street park over 50ft of vehicle and trailer right in front.

It took 30 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich and the place was not busy - maybe 2 or 3 tables with customers.
The sandwich tasted ok but chicken patty was much smaller than bun (which was hard on the tops), only about 1/4” thick, and certainly not worth $15.

If you have 2 hours to wait for your food, this is a good place to go. I think they are understaffed, or under trained, but the wait time for every single bit of this service, from getting someone to take our drinks, to getting not just one (which was the wrong drink) but all of our drinks, to finally getting an appetizer, and 40 minutes later, finally our main course, was excruciating. And we missed our magic show appointment because it took 2 hours! To get our food.
