The positives we were sat fast, granted it wasn't very busy. Our drink order was taken fairly quickly. The garlic bread that came with the pasta was good. The negatives the food did not have any seasonings or flavor. I ordered the fettuccine, the pasta was over cooked and the sauce had zero salt or flavor to it. It reminded me of school cafeteria food. The chicken was cooked well but again had zero flavor or seasonings. My wife got a pizza. The dough was odd, it was more of a bread dough not a pizza dough. Again no seasonings, no salt in the dough. It lacked cheese and again over all lacked flavor. Some balsamic glaze would of made it pop! We would of told the waitress but she didn't check on us even one time.

We stopped in to have the famous Mules that Uncork'd Carrie's. Sat at the bar and Jose' gave us a menu right away. Exceptional service. Travis the owner and Valentino also hung with us and showed us the variety of liquor. We had two mules and they were fabulous. Atmosphere and friendly amazing customer service. We will be back. Tried the Blueberry BBQ Meatball Pizza and Wrangler Ginger Margarita — both unique and flavorful. The pizza was big enough for two. The place was empty when we arrived, but the service was excellent. Parking was a bit tricky. Bonus: there’s a small stage inside, likely for live music. A cozy spot worth checking out!

The wine selection was great. I recommend the raspberry chocolate wine. The first night we carried out a Thai chicken pizza and cauliflower cheese bread and it was delicious.The second time we went I had the cheesesteak tortellini and my girlfriend had the blueberry feta ricotta flat bread pizza it was very good. So much so that before we left town we ordered two more dinners to take home that evening. We bought 4 different bottles of wine which the gave us 20%off and we each had a wine flight. Then finished it off with some of their homemade cheesecake. You must check this place out it’s amazing.
