For what they have, and what you could ever justify for a market this small, Cory is doing a better job than I ever would have thought possible. This is a drinks program that stands well, well above anything I have ever had outside of a major city, and is on par with quite a few programs that command global attention. Drinks are well-balanced, leaning a little bit on the sweet side, but not cloyingly so, so they'll be approachable for everyone, local plants are put to great use as garnishes and there is a very global slant, especially in the amaro selection. Prices are roughly 60% of what you might expect to pay in the cities where something like this would normally be found.
Support this. Please. Places like this don't come around often in smaller markets, and they deserve to succeed whenever they have the gall to try to bring something worthwhile to the far-flung reaches of the country.

Amazing Cocktails and Ambience! Bartender Cory provides an excellent experience that is very unique and art-filled and delicious. This place is head and shoulders above the usual craft cocktail bar. This is an absolute must-visit for anyone who enjoys cocktails and art. We were so happy to discover this gem and will definitely be back.
