Trash!!!! 0 Stars. No grill for a year, which means now it's just lazy. 60% of the menu cannot be at any given time. Slow, terrible service and food. Just the worst Taco Bell I've ever seen. Replace with Qdoba or something. Anything!. . If Dollar General made a taco place to eat at, it would probably be an improvement. If Goodwill invented a taco place place and made tacos out of donated leftovers, it would be an improvement than this taco bell. The people are not happy and don't like people or making food. It's just realllllly depressing and pathetic to visit. Sad it's one a the few options on base. It just adds to the stigma.

Wish i can give negative stars.This place is an absolute nightmare. They always get something wrong every time I've ordered there. They dont have a working grill and haven't for over a year. So they are unable to provide the crispy cantina taco, with the cheese melted around it and so much more but still charge the same prices. How can a food place not have a working grill? How do they even cook their chicken? There's so little on base, but we won't be eating there again. The standards are in the floor.

If you signed a 4 year, your contract will probably end before they even start working on your food. I've wasted away hours of my life waiting for food and I've only eaten here twice. You can probably drive into town, get your food, and get back on base before your order is ready here.

I asked for a Crunchwrap and was told that the press to make them was broken, but then Anna came in from the back with a big smile on their face and said they could make it on the grill. Came out perfect and super fast too! They were absolutely beaming with pride and honestly rightfully so because that was friggin delightful. Thanks Anna, you da best!!

My experience was horrible. There wprkplace was dirty, the food took too long to get out (30-45mins), and not only did I receive not all of my order, they didn't prepare the food was was given to me correctly. I don't recommend going to this restaurant in minot and your better off going to taco johns

They forgot steak on my burrito three times! That to me is that no more substitutes because they simply cannot process orders with deviation from the set menu. I have no idea where they forget to read or what but they need to train better to not forget the stuff people pay extra for. I didn’t complain the two times but the 3rd time I had to go up there and be that girl. It sucks to be the person correcting a mistake.I love my taco bell but dread having to come to this one. Two stars are for the nice workers and the other one is for when they did get my order right.

Manager was angry for me ringing the bell, after I’d waited for 10 minutes to order. They seem to always be missing ingredients as well
