I asked for a Crunchwrap and was told that the press to make them was broken, but then Anna came in from the back with a big smile on their face and said they could make it on the grill. Came out perfect and super fast too! They were absolutely beaming with pride and honestly rightfully so because that was friggin delightful. Thanks Anna, you da best!!

My experience was horrible. There wprkplace was dirty, the food took too long to get out (30-45mins), and not only did I receive not all of my order, they didn't prepare the food was was given to me correctly. I don't recommend going to this restaurant in minot and your better off going to taco johns

They forgot steak on my burrito three times! That to me is that no more substitutes because they simply cannot process orders with deviation from the set menu. I have no idea where they forget to read or what but they need to train better to not forget the stuff people pay extra for. I didn’t complain the two times but the 3rd time I had to go up there and be that girl. It sucks to be the person correcting a mistake.I love my taco bell but dread having to come to this one. Two stars are for the nice workers and the other one is for when they did get my order right.

Manager was angry for me ringing the bell, after I’d waited for 10 minutes to order. They seem to always be missing ingredients as well
