Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered my food @8:05 it’s 8:39 still waiting

If you call to place an order it goes to a call center. They will tell you it’ll be ready in like 15 minutes but it’s no where close to that. Be ready to wait 45min.

Terrible… took an hour and a half for my pizza to get delivered when I’m about a mile and a half away. Pizza was cold and the garlic dipping sauce was spilt before I got my pizza.

The food, service, and atmosphere were all good. I got two pizzas and chicken wings. They were hot and served quickly. Willing to try here again.

We were regular customers for a couple of years until we found beard hair in our cheese sticks and our pizza. One of the delivery drivers was in the food prep area putting pizzas in boxes with a long beard and no hair net over it. The manager was apologetic and refunded us and gave us a voucher for a free meal. He assured us the driver wouldn't be in the food prep area again.We finally decided to order again, and the same driver was back in the food prep area again when I went to pick up.... no hair net over his long beard. This time the manager seemed to think I was being overly dramatic when I called him to complain that his driver still wasn't wearing a hair net while in the food prep area even though he knew we'd gotten hair in multiple items last time. He said he would talk to the driver yet again. Talking isn't working. Get control of your workers. Until there is accountability, they will keep doing what they want whack you aren't watching.I'm done and won't order from them again. Don't know why we can't get a pizza place that actually abides by simple public health requirements.

bad service, delivery guy showed up mad at the tip, rang the doorbell multiple times, then complained about it. womp womp, do your job ?

Best place on base to order food. Delivery drivers are always quick and very friendly. The orders are always perfect and they cook the pizzas better then your average papa johns. Superb service, perfect for the service members on base and their families. Be sure to tip well, they will prove they deserve it !

One star is too good of a review. We are from out of town and got in late. When I ordered the guy said it could be up to 90 minutes. I thought there is no way it’ll be that long he is just saying that to cover his butt. After waiting 2 hours I called, different guy says they are telling people two hour minimum. Minimum? Who does that? So it could be another hour? He said don’t worry I’ll get your delivery done. Two hours later (after waiting four hours) I had a slice of bread and went to bed. If you order from them and they say there is gonna be a wait and they know you won’t be a return customer just hang up and order somewhere else. Or have some bread handy to eat because you probably won’t get your pizza.

Always fast and reliable. Employess are always helpful and courteous.

This Papa John's is ridiculous, I called in the first time and was received horrible customer service to the point where I was not comfortable ordering from there and it was my first time ordering from there about a month ago. Now today I tried to call and place an order same guy of who picked up the phone who took my order called me a first and last name of someone whom I never met, then he told me to call a different location with the same number that I just called him on. So I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager told me to calm down when I wasn't even upset at all. So I'm not sure exactly what's going on but it seems as if certain businesses should not be existing here in Minot it's putting a bad damp in this society..when I did

Customer service and staff 4/5: Aiden was quick, reliable, and very informative.2 other employees were there but seemed to be in the back.Aiden taken charged.He got me the new Parmesan crusted Papadida. Brownies, Cheese bread and chicken poppers with Honey Chipolte BBQ.Too busy with the phone with such a small crew. Best to walk in or order online and pickup.(Cheaper too that way)Food: 4/5 you get what you paid for. I should have bought a pizza! The Philly Papadida I order was gooey, warm, and not whole lot of steak. But it hit the spot! The brownies...we're brownies. (I make better, sorry guys) didn't feel home made.Cheese bread was cheesy. Loved the marinara and Garlic sauce.The Chicken Poppers were the winner. Dip it in garlic with the Honey BBQ Chipolte and brings out that sweet and spice flavor.Location: 2/5 If your not familiar with this Base. You will miss it...especially with the snow.Hidden behind Rockers which is big/and between BK.Suggestion: Ask if Papa John's is willing to take a spot at the food court or combine with Rockers. More money to be made that way.

Amazing service! I got lucky to have Cole helped me twice with my orders. He’s courteous, helpful, and easygoing! And of course, their pizza is amazing. Customer service is key so please keep him!
