Worst Popeyes ever, waited 15 mins on the line and no one shows up to take the order until about 20 mins of waiting someone finally decided to show up, told me they don’t have any more wings, it has been my third time at this Popeyes trying to order some wings, they never had any, why are yall even opening? Or at least change the menu since yall never have one of your item?

I bought red beans and rice and boneless chicken wings.The chicken was disgusting, I threw it out and the rice was just passable. I love Popeyes red beans and rice. Iwas very disappointed it will be a while before I order at the base again

Why are we Closing a hour EARLY, only thing my children wanted and thought it be a quick and easy pick up after work but the employee just showed laziness and unprofessionalism!

Stood there waiting but nobody ever came up. I just left.

The Popeyes in the exchange was horrible. My friend ordered 2 piece chicken, mash potatoes and a biscuit. Young man came out and told her 6 minutes, 15 minutes later she still didn't get her food. Had she not finally walk up to the counter we probably would still be waiting. When she did go to counter individual said oh yeah it's right here. Totally unacceptable!!!

My big tenders family online order was fresh and ready when I get there. I made an error when ordering but the employee was able to switch a small order to spicy tenders without any issues. The food was delicious and service was good. The employees were nice and polite. If you love spicy chicken then you know where to ya gotta go.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options as long as you like chicken!

Parking: I threw my keys to one of the guys walking around in uniform. He gladly parked my car it but it was far on the other side of the parking lot. I'm pretty sure he could have parked closer.

Waited over 25 minutes for my chicken which I was told would be ready in 12 minutes! Then I get home after a busy day I had purchased the 16 piece only had 14 and the spicy was over done! No big deal I figured I would call and it being the holiday I figured they would make it right. Tried several numbers none of them worked . I live over 20 minutes away so it’s not like I’m just going to run back to get my chicken the pieces were small just really dissatisfied with all of it! This is my favorite chicken they use to be so good.

If they had a Popeyes down in the city, it would be dynamite!Sadly it's only on base. If when it's open, not recommended for dinner but lunch and hurry after work. Even then is there enough?It's a great addition to the food court, if only the hours were commendable.Bring the sandwich up north, it's actually really good.
