Service is usually pretty slow, but the workers are friendly and pleasant. Due to the wait times I tend to just swing by to grab 2 slices of pizza for their lunch special. 2 slices and a drink for around $5. Not bad for a quick option.

They shouldnt legally be allowed to sell food. Everything smell rancid. Bread was mushy and I honestly feel bad that this is an option for military. Do better Minot AFB, this is not food, its a one way ticket to stomach problems and depression.

Food prices are a bit expensive for what you get. A big chunk of the menu is gone now so all that’s left. Pretty much is pasta, pizza, and grab and go sandwiches. The pulled pork sandwich that I used to eat and the kids Mac n cheese are gone. If I wanted pizza, I would just go to Papa John’s. The only reason I even still come here is because my kids like the play place.

Why does it take over an hour to get a meal?If you’re a civilian or spouse I wouldn’t recommend this place over my dead body, they just reopened on base and don’t even have a efficient kitchen yet and they’re taking approximately 45-1hr on each airman’s food. Udder disbelief that the base reopened this place and closed rockers back down, now you have to wait for a “specialized experience” with their now limited menu at the only place open for airman for dinner beside the defac (but the Defac closes at 1800 so we have no option but to eat at the bistro.) This place needs better service, it’s such a bummer.

So they reopened the bistro, I’m so disappointed. They should’ve left the dang thing combined with rockers, now it’s a limited menu again and you have to wait forever for food. I’m currently waiting for my food right now and it’s already been 45 mins and still no update. I’m so disappointed, what are airman supposed todo when they have work to get back too when everything on base is closed and the bistro acts like it’s some fancy sit down restaurant now. Also if you’re reading this they replaced the wraps with random things on the menu that aren’t approved with meal card, so instead of the base actually helping out airman they just made it worse.

The food was over priced for one of the few on base options. I got the Caesar wrap with chips and a drink for $11.25. If the wrap had more meat and there were more chip options the price would seem more fair. It was tasty though.

I don’t have a picture because it was so delicious but okayyyy Bistro!! The spinach pie special today was amazing! The staff was friendly as always and in a good mood. It’s a nice relaxing environment to go and grab a quick bite or decompress for a little bit.
The menu has less and less items on it each time I visit, but the Strombolies are excellent. Please don't remove them from the menu.
