Cold cut combo is sandwich of the day but they don’t have cold cuts…enough said
If there were negative stars id do that. Without fail everytime I go they are missing main ingredients for their sandwiches. Today it was no meatballs and no Tuna. Idk who orders for them but pretty sure a 2 year old would be able to get the job done better. Absolute disappointment, wish they would just close and a functional restaurant could come in. At least one that can have their main ingredients in stock.
They were out of meatballs, which was very strange, but the big problem was when the register was not honoring the meal deal of the day. None of the workers seemed to have been trained on how to apply the discount, and one said they just couldn’t do it today.
I don’t think the blame falls on them. Either management hasn’t taught them how the deal is supposed to be applied, or the system is flawed. What could’ve been a $10 meal deal came out to over $15, so I settled with the sandwich which was more than $12. The sandwich was still good, however.
Smashed sandwiches, hates adding extra toppings, constant attitude, inconsistent prices each visit for some reason. The employees very clearly hate the following: people, customers, working, serving food, giving soft bread, giving same day bread, baking fresh bread, having any bread other than white or wheat, looking presentable, adding more than 7 spinach leaves, smiling, and seeming to care (this list is not all-inclusive). Just lower your expectations then it will be like everywhere else on base to eat.

I ordered subs and salads. They were good. They were out of some vegetables I wanted to add. The vegetables did not appear to be particularly fresh. Workers were polite, professional, and efficient. They looked tired.

The workers here are always very kind and helpful. I like going here for dinner after work. They don’t restock on the ingredients later on in the day which in my opinion is poor shift preparation. I worked at subway before and we always made sure we had enough bread to last the day.

I went there to get food with my step dad and got a Italiohotshot and asked for no salami, was charged extra to replace it with pepori, and i had to tell them that the italnio has double cheese because they didn't gave me double, i worked at a subway before, your not supposed to charge extra for replacing something with something else unless if its steak or chicken or mozzarella cheese, meat ballsafter getting home looking at it, i seen a olive slice and mayo where they cut it in half, not sanitary. risk of of food poisoning

Fast, efficient, and effective. After getting a deli slicer and toaster fixed. You can taste the difference from before.Jayden was extremely helpful.Due to the lack of bread options She did recommend wraps. I wish yall had Tomato-Basil or spinach or different varieties.Jayden was able to place the Beast on faltbread!!! I was shocked that it even fitted.. It was perfect!!! Loaded it up, and damn did it tasted good.Maria was also courtesy and kind. She works here at Subway as a temp from B.K. during it renovation prior to winter weather.There was a great suggestion Maria mentioned I would like to share with the public, and management should at least consider.Popeye should move to where B.K. is at. BK moved to the BX. I can explain in more detail and many reasons to do this. So feel free to reach out.This could help Popeye sell actual chicken sandwiches, which would literally bring in the money here. Also, the fact is that cajun shrimp, po boys, actually able to advertise Blacken Chicken and Sweet Tea options.And many other menu items instead of being so limited.My thought, adding to that is, if you make it half and half and make it like Popeyes and Panda Express, you could save money and promote new options.Also, with Subway, Charlie's, BK, and Tacobell together, be easy for bread making products, a one-stop source. Also, there is no need to fry as much.Minot can get very repetitive, and sometimes extremely hard to motivate others to work these jobs for the bare minimum. So definitely a pay increase. And more late-nighttime options. Because whatever store had a schedule from 11pm to 6am. Will profit.

why wasn’t there any salami
The girl Haley was chewing gum while she made my sandwich. I had asked for a turkey Italiano, which I didn't know they had taken off the menu. I can only assume she got frustrated because she didn't know it and it showed in her service.
Advertising for this store in person shows they offer melts. You wait 10 minutes for them to tell you they do not carry them anymore. They have new advertising for converting anything for a dollar more into a melt and yet they don’t? AAFES Management please get a hold on your stores. I understand employment is hard to get here, but at least advertise correctly or get the correct facility equipment that subway has. Also you can’t order online in this store and yet it’s advertised on sight. Attention to detail in your marketing could really improve customer service.Employees were working fast and polite. This has nothing to do with them! Always had good service from them.

Horrible attitude and customer service. Food is on point as usual but they are in dire need of a personnel change. Will not reccomend.
