Great experience at Applebee’s! We ordered the chicken burger, fried pickles, French fries, quesadilla, pretzel bread, and breadsticks with Alfredo sauce—everything was delicious. The fries were perfectly cooked, and the appetizers were spot on.
Our server, Gus, was awesome—quick with refills, attentive, and provided great service throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Gus was our waiter and he was great. Very attentive and friendly. The food was a little bit of a wait but it was busy so I get it. Our table had 3 people and all of our drinks and food came out current and great. Went at 9:30pm on a Sunday. Definitely will come back.

Only good thing is open late. 6 items at least they were out of. No vegetarian options and they wouldn't even comp with a dessert. Out of sides and would still charge the extra money for a salad. Really do better applebees.

i ordered a door dash order. I waited for a very long time. Several dasher came to the store and attempted to pick up the order but with no luck. I called and spoke to Jason who had terrible customer service! He informed me that my order was stolen. I wanted to know why they hadn't remade it and as it was taking so long. He said very matter of fact I had the option to cancel my order. I let him now that I know what my options are and that wasn't good customer service. He then interjected was there anything else. To which I asked for a manager. He said he was the manager. This is horrible customer service. Waiting as long as I waited to be told I could cancel is so rude!

Lori was amazing! (99% sure that was her name). Her name tag said “26 years of service” under her name and it showed! It was slammed yesterday (Black Friday) and she totally kept her cool and made it such a positive experience. She also genuinely made me laugh like 4 times, just fun person and a great waitress. Food was great, drinks were even better! Our new go to spot when we’re in minot.

Went here recently for dinner and was not impressed. Service was decent but the food was bland and looked like it was under a heat lamp before being served to us. Overpriced, tasteless food and I would not recommend to anyone.

The food was sub par. But what made the experience poor was the lack of service. Our waitress stopped by and took our order. She told us she was training a new girl so we may see a different server. Once our food was delivered that was the last we saw of either server. The never return to ask about refills they never check to see if the food was good. One server not sure if it was ours was sitting at a different table looking at a laptop computer. If they didn't have the kiosk things at the table I wouldn't have even paid for my food. Needless to say no tip was left.

Service doesn’t even get a one. She needs to keep her hands off herself ESPECIALLY off of my dad who was sitting next to my Mother. her name was Tracy. So disrespectful also didn’t ask us for a gift card so I think I should get my $5 off my next meal like the pin on her shirt said. She was nice to me but calling me names that made me uncomfortable. She must have been to busy touching my dad and forgot she was at work to do her job and not call my dad “dad” my mom “mom” and me “ the daughter” later to go and disrespect my Mom who was right there. Not the company’s fault but this is upsetting. I hope you guys can get back on track!

Very kind staff. As packed as this place was, they stayed professional and ensured us that our food was a priority and kept all of our needs met. Our server, the lady at the door and the manager were all outstanding and professional. Today was our daughter's 2nd bday and this bday dinner was a good one thanks to the staff here. We are very happy and definitely will be back again for more celebrations.
