Has to be one of the worst customer experiences in my life. How to delivery order waited 30 minutes to find out they can’t fill half the order. Then they refused to credit you for the food they can’t put in the order because they don’t have it. So $80 later, I got a roast beef sandwich, a medium soggy, french fries, and four soggy potato cakes delivered an hour later. There’s a reason why this place never has a line and all the fast food joints around it always do. Maybe in the store is better, but if you’re contemplating delivery, best chance go someplace else.

My only complaint is that everytime I order a French dip they never give me the dip, ever. I always have to check the bag b4 I go. But staff is always friendly

Sliders aren't what they used to be. I liked it when the meat was shaved w soft buns. Now they are chunkier w pretzel buns. I paid $40 for 6 sliders, 1 Gyro, 3 pops and 1 shake. Shake was great, the rest not so much because they were dry. I normally like Arby's very much. This was a fluke I suppose.

I went in for a sandwich and asked for extra meat and repeated it then was given less then I usually get and was talking to someone who said was in charge seeing and hearing complaints all over why hasn't anything been done? I used to like eating there but last good memory of food done right at the arbys is long time ago I will not being going back to this place in minot money adds up on wrong orders
Not only is the place unclean and employees more worried about their phones than customers. They knew their soda machines were down and dont have it posted. They offer lemonade milkshakes and unsweetened tea but dont offer refills or size difference in drinks that large is really a medium and medium is a small. They also dont tell you after you ordered that their isnt refills. Just poor service all around

The food was perfect. My wife just got released from hospital and needed a friendly meal for her stomach. Would definitely go back, went in hungry left full and didn't spend a fortune
Dietary restrictions: Seemed to have a variety of food that met the criteria for dietary food.
Kid-friendliness: There were children there and seemed very content.
Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking is a few steps from handicap but was definitely doable.
