I watched the employee clean out the fry bin into a hotel pan with all the pieces left over from the day and then later put them into the large curly fries container for my order. And when I confronted the counter person about it they tried to say that they were freshly made and gave me a hard time about it insisting that they were fresh. When I could clearly see they were the same ones that were taken off the bin and probably would have been thrown away.. and should have been thrown out. Curly fries should not be individual half circles.

Has to be one of the worst customer experiences in my life. How to delivery order waited 30 minutes to find out they can’t fill half the order. Then they refused to credit you for the food they can’t put in the order because they don’t have it. So $80 later, I got a roast beef sandwich, a medium soggy, french fries, and four soggy potato cakes delivered an hour later. There’s a reason why this place never has a line and all the fast food joints around it always do. Maybe in the store is better, but if you’re contemplating delivery, best chance go someplace else.
My only complaint is that everytime I order a French dip they never give me the dip, ever. I always have to check the bag b4 I go. But staff is always friendly
