Had the brew at the Honeybees game then had to visit. Ordered a flight, fantastic. Backdraft was also in attendance, daaamn good Brisket Burger. Fries were in & out style but better seasoned. Home run.
Love the atmosphere!
A-Typical is my all time favorite brewery in the world. The atmosphere is great. They have patios front and back. During the summer they have a huge canopy in the back with a stage for the occasional band or trivia night. The staff are all super nice and attentive. They all take pride in their brewery and it shows. But the greatest part of A-Typical is their beer. Their beers are hand crafted to perfection. Each beer is the best-example of itself. The brewers make every beer flawlessly. Even styles I typically don’t care for are delicious at A-Typical. I cannot express in words how much I recommend this brewery!!!
Always a great experience here. They brew their own beer so it's always a different selection. The beer tenders know how to guide you into something you like. There are board games if you need something to help the conversation along.
The bartender was just as awesome as the beer!!
Havent been to this brewery, however I am a huge fan of beer, and they really make fantastic beer so far, INCLUDING (which is very rare to find a good one in ND) their IPA's, both west coast and new england, fantastic. Nice work guys. And, thanks.!

Fantastic bar, love how they have tons of ciders!
The beer and ciders are great! Food on the other hand, not so much. When the bartender tells you that they have great pizza and then serves you a heated up digiorno's style frozen pizza, it's disappointing. That was quite the experience!
I was in Minot and was recommended this brewery by an employee at Ebeneezers. The building is cool, the beer was great, and the employees were chill. Not sure if i’ll ever be back in Minot, but if I am, the Atypical is one of the first places I’ll go.
5 star establishment, exceptional variety of craft beer, friendly staff, events, food trucks. What's not to love?
