Badlands Restaurant and Bar offers a spacious back room area with a pleasant atmosphere. The salad bar alone is absolutely delicious, especially the potato salad and croutons. Customers enjoyed the flavorful and well-seasoned steak options, like the Rib Eye, which is cooked exactly how you want it, and the Bourbon Chicken. The chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy is amazing, and the sirloin tips are the best ever. The Cajun pasta is great and the fried pickles were great. The service is great with very friendly servers, and the restaurant is known for being one of the few places in Minot with a salad bar.
