Honestly, if it were my favorite place to eat, I wouldn’t come to this one. I ordered to pick up- not door dash. I tipped. I walked in in the house, asked me if she could help me with something. I told her I was there for a pick up order she points and walks away. I go find my order and it doesn’t have a drink with it so I see a cup and I think maybe it’s supposed to be mine When she comes and asks me what I’m looking for. I tell her I ordered a drink with my order she looks at my receipt, flag somebody down and ask him to go get me a Pepsi. I interrupt and ask for a Dr Pepper, she said well the receipt says Pepsi. And I responded your app doesn’t allow me to choose what kind of fountain drink it just allows me to choose a fountain drink. Ultimately, it seemed like I was a nuisance. Food was fine. I couldn’t eat my salad because I didn’t get any utensils. I wouldn’t go here because of the service. The guy who went and got my drink was really nice. She went above and beyond and put a sticker over my drink so I wouldn’t lose my Straw

We have tried this BWW about six times and it has not gotten any better. This most recent visits problems are consistent throughout each visit. The server got 3 of the 4 orders wrong as well as the appetizer. They would disappear for 15 to 20 minutes and we had to ask other servers for drinks. The boneless wings they did serve correctly always need more sauce and were already getting cold when we received them. For the salad that was ordered, the server failed to bring the dressing and then disappeared. We had to ask another server for it. Additionally, they failed to bring straws, utensils and napkins. Lastly, it took 20 minutes for us to get one to go box and the check. All in all, this is the worst BWW I have been to in the last twenty years.

Our waitress was friendly but a little over the top. She asked if we were ready to order appetizers and drinks as soon as she gave us the menu and then checked on us way too much, it felt like every few minutes. The food was decent but we were overcharged for a beer. It was on special but the bill had the regular price. We had a $5 off $25 coupon from the visit minot website and she said they can't accept it. She checked with her manager and said they would honor it this time but this location doesn't normally allow those coupons. It's on the visit minot so if the minot location doesn't accept it the offer it shoildnt be on that website. Unfortunately that $5 would have went towards the server's tip but not after that.

The wings are actually dry, and the wings with wet sauce were dry with barely any sauce. The blazin wings barely had sauce; didn’t even need a napkin…. And they were hot!!?? Normally they are so hot I question my sanity. The overcooked and bad. Too much money was spent to be sad!
