56 minutes in line at drive thru! Got my order taken at 28 minutes in - then I feel committed to follow through, and couldn’t leave anyway cuz I was boxed in - 52 minutes in I get to the window, where the lady doesn’t acknowledge the situation, doesn’t offer an apology of any kind, then proceeded to give me the wrong food! When i pointed it out, I got an eye roll and it was snatched out of my hands. I finally got the right order ( no napkins AGAIN) and when I complained...read full review
