Went today for lunch before taking my kiddo to school. Ordered chicken chunks, got charged for cheese curds, didn't get either. Also, got charged a $.050 cc fee when I paid cash. Waited in line for 30 minutes for my food. After dropping my kid off at school went back and waited in line for 45 minutes just to get the the window and have them tell me to pull around to the other window for a gift card and call the manager tomorrow who was not there today. Pulled around, waited another 15 minutes and left. Didn't even eat my burger because it was cold and nasty and the diet Dr pepper was also disgusting. Don't waste your time or your money. I don't even know how this place is still open.

I thought I liked this place, but that was when I was a drunk who dipped. The meat quality is on par with cat food. After eating the burgers, I had no feeling of being satiated. You think it’s a good price until you realize you’re essentially eating air carbs.

I ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger, fries, and cheese curds.
The fries were hot and fresh, but unsalted. If my cheeseburger had bacon or bbq sauce, I never found it. For a place commensurate with McDonald's, the beef was decidedly less in quality...the taste and texture spoke most of fat filler, not of meat.
The cheese curds were good, and service was friendly enough at the window.

BEST BURGERS IN TOWN! Sure, they have things they can improve on. Maybe better location, better cleanliness in the parking lot. But the restaurant in itself portrays professionalsim. Took a small peek into the kitchen, and it looks and operates like a 5 star burger joint. Their onions rings are fried just right, their fries crispy, and burgers made with care and love. Talk about Burger time! If you are in town to visit, highly recommend making a stop at Burger time. Because it's burger time every time.!

Ordered 2 "bigger burger" meals. The lady handed me the first drink and something didn't feel right so I opened the lid and it was only 3/4 full. I didn't think anything of it, because I understand sometimes the machines can be really foamy. I got home and made it halfway through my burger only to discover it was almost raw. I'm not talking about a "little" pink, it was it was so undercooked that it was mushy. I'm sick to my stomach thinking about it smh I'm praying I don't get food poisoning because of this.

The burgers here are solid. The fries are fantastic!
It dose have good burgers, but it take lot of time to get your food and it hard to get out of very with the traffic going by it. I say the best way to do use the parking lot by the place and just walk over to the place, so easier to get around the traffic.
Wait time was ridiculous for 3 burgers and when I got them they were damn near just raw. Ordered cheese curds. Got fried bread with flecks of cheese. Soda orders were screwed up. Ask for diet dr pepper got root beer.

Ordered online..bacon cheeseburger meal ...burger was ordered with extra meat and only ketchup...it was loaded. No fries in bag but soda was good. Chicken strips didn't look like chicken but onion rings were good. I called to speak to manager who wasn't available. I was told I would receive a call from the manager. I'm still waiting.

I haven't been to Burger Time for a couple of years. I used to LOVE that Burger. Not anymore! My Burger wasn't warm. It was cold! I asked for a Burger with no cheese, I got the opposite. Even the bun was tough. I ended up tossing about three quarters of that burger. The fries and funnel fries were good. But the main cours was²³²²³3‐±¹That was my last visit to Burger Timel n

Trashy people work here. Tried ordering a smore milkshake (something you can order online) and drive through lady said they don't sell it. Ended up going home and just ordering it online and they still messed up.
Was thinking about getting a milk shake tonight (1120pm) and doors were not only locked but the guys outside smoking (employees) didn't even greet me or try to help me out. Your best ordering online I guess and better NOT order on a day 1 persons working there or close to closing. Also taste like a waterdown Whataburger.
