Got my normal drink but with a special surprise of a blended plastic cap. Two employees were very apologetic. The older lady did not even say sorry and said “oh that looks like one of our caps” and walked away

I asked for lite ice but there was so much ice that when I strained out the ice, there was hardly any drink. Not worth the money I paid for it!

Ordered coarse ground bag of coffee got a medium to fine grind, took it back gave me a preground pack and it is very old and stale! Very unhappy paying a premium and get garbage instead and the people working there give you what they think you need instead of giving you what you ordered!

Mean girl mentality towards new trainees and no oversight or real training. Additionally, tips are not shared fairly with new employees and the mean girl mentality goes as far as physical bumping intentionally. The new employees do not have a safe ethical or even kind environment at this Caribou Coffee location. Shame on them.

They care more about the drive through than the people in the store. If that is the case, why even have ordering inside be an option? I stood there for several minutes while all three employees looked right at me and no one even acknowledged I was there. No “hello I’ll be right with you”. Nothing. Terrible business practices. I had quicker times going to a different location on the complete opposite end of town.

Rude. I asked for iced coffee, they hand me a hot one and I asked what it was and said that it was supposed to be iced. Lady comes back and hands me the exact same one, even hotter and says he you go and closes the window. Rude!

Caribou makes the BEST XL iced decaf Americana! I asked Starbucks if they made anything similar to the size with the shots and they weren’t able to! I love the taste of coffee and this drink gives me a smile!!

This location is always spot on and friendly! The sitting area is usually full of boxes/products so the seating area is not accessible and the boxes get in the way of the products on sale but otherwise it’s a great little area.
Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options and will make drinks without caffeine. You can also have less sugar.
Kid-friendliness: Child friendly drinks! They gave a variety of snacks as well.
