My wife and I stopped in for drinks, and both the service and the cocktails were top notch. The staff was very friendly and clearly put a lot of care into making excellent drinks.

I ordered a chocolate milk for my 4-year-old and forgot to mention no ice. When I noticed the employee was about to add ice—which I know my son doesn’t like—I politely asked if she could leave it out. She responded sharply and told me I needed to request that at the register.
After I received the drink, I noticed it was extremely light, so I politely asked if she could add a little more chocolate syrup. Instead of helping, she argued with me and insisted it was made correctly. I explained that I’ve ordered the same drink many times and it has always been much darker, but she continued to argue and completely refused.
I ended up paying $5 for what was basically a cup of milk. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would recommend avoiding this location based on this interaction.

Waited 10 minutes for an apple high rise, with 3 employees working, one asked if anyone made the high rise, only to find out still they had not made it, and then proceeded to wait another 5 minutes before they were done making the drink. There was only 3 orders on screen and ours had been the second order. The drink was okay, but due to terrible service I would never recommend.

While not fairly quick to acknowledge someone is standing there waiting to order; just looking at you while not saying anything, mainly trying to handle and deal with the line of cars lining up at the drive-through, which I don't mind to much, but the staff could of at least spoke to the people lining up inside. I waited a good 10 minutes before someone actually said anything to me standing in line(at least I got to see the whole menu making sure to have my order ready). Once I was finally spoken to they were polite and fast to take the order, took a matter of 2 minutes to complete the order. And it later took only 5 minutes to get the order, they were on the ball to get it out quick; tasting fantastically made, had a party in my mouth trying the new fall drinks they had this year. While waiting it was interesting seeing the interactions between each staff, joking with one another, going so far that they forgot to turn off their mics making their jokes and laughing, so everyone going through the drive-through certainly got a chuckle out of the jokes.

Like caribou coffee but the last two times were not good. First trip asked for a black tea and got a tea latte, not good. Today went coffee to be safe. I asked for just a few ice cubes to cool it then went to drink it and half cup of ice.....
