Unfortunately we haven't had the best service at this location. Their hours are extremely inconsistent for starters. My family and I just recently moved to Minot on June 1st and have been wanting to find something that makes us feel like home. My husband's ultimate guilty pleasure is chicken livers. I eagerly researched this restaurant and their menu and to our surprise, it said they sold them! We've been trying this last month on countless occasions to try them for ourselves but with no luck. They're either closed or when asked if they have chicken livers, they either don't or it's 'too late' to make them. Very disappointing, especially being at a truck stop!
