I’ve been coming here for about a year and it’s always been good. Yesterday I went in for the first time in probably 2 months and they wouldn’t mix my toppings in. I could understand if they were totally slammed, but I was the only person in the store and they were hours away from closing. The entire point of being named “coldstone” is that the ice cream is mixed together on a cold stone. It defeats the entire point of going and paying this price if I can do the same exact thing at home for 1/4 the cost. Just very disappointing they’ve changed their entire business premise. Used to be my favorite go to spot.

We generally love it here, but after walking out of there tonight…. I’m not so sure. Chairs up at 8:45pm not ready to serve anyone when closing says 10pm. The young girls working (3 of them) were clearly annoyed that we were there. After ordering a shake we were made bowls. Since we were clearly unwelcome we chose to sit outside in the grass (mostly construction mess) to eat our ice cream with the mosquitoes. We often see one employee that is so helpful and great, but it seems she wasn’t there tonight to keep everyone else on track. 😳

I never write negative reviews but, I ordered a birthday cake and it’s the ugliest cake I’ve ever seen. The cake was lopsided and the writing looks like a child did it. If there was a show about ugly cakes this would be on it.

This must be the worst cold stone for cakes I’ve ever been! This is the second time of the year that I got a cake here and both are messed up so bad. The icing, the layout and the design, not to mention they can’t even write the letters properly! Definitely not worth the money we paid for! Even they’re customer service sucks and waited in the front for 20 minutes since no one’s there.

Friday April 26th. We went to cold stone to celebrate my grandson's birthday.It wasn't as busy as I thought it would be, considering it was a Friday evening.We placed our orders and I went to pay. I was telling the cashier what we ordered, mid sentence she turns around to ask an employee what we ordered.My jaw dropped and I was slightly irritated by this. I became even more irritated as the cashier turned to me and asked what size I ordered. I was telling her that before she turned her back on me.As we waited for my order to be done, my grandson tasted his and said he didn't like it (one of his favorite flavors ?). I didn't know what to do, as this has never happened before.I asked the kid who made my order (the only employee in that place with manners). He said let me ask the manager. The manager?? Shows up and I told this person my grandson didn't like his.This person tells me very rudely "you'll have to pay for a new one, I'm not giving free ice cream!" Now I'm angry.I told this person as I handed them the ice cream to toss this and make him a new one. This person raises it's voice and tells me " I'll toss this but I'm not making another one unless you pay"This person just finished telling me I'd have to pay for another. I said nothing about giving him a free one.We were going to stay, but after that we just wanted out! Good thing, as we were leaving a bus full of kids was arriving.Horrible service! None of us will ever be back.
