The service was not surprising. The girl Taylen seemed to work forced bad taste her attitude. They didn't even mix ours, they just piled everything into the cup.

Always seem to mess up order when ordered online. I ordered chocolate ice cream with marshmellows and peanut butter with a sprinkled waffle cone. I ended up getting chocolate ice cream with marshmellows and sprinkles with no peanut butter and no sprinkles waffle cone.

Took my granddaughter here while we were in Minot.The young lady making the cones was super nice and patient while my granddaughter changed her mind twice.We watched her fold and add ingredients, stuffing the ice cream into waffle cones.Delicious!

The wife and I visited on 25 May ‘23 and the ice cream was delicious. The two employees working were very kind and went out of their way to interact with our baby.I tend always forget about coldstone due to its location. Unless I’m by Target I never really remember it exists.

Ice cream was awesome. Kids loved it. There was a long queue ahead of us, so we had to wait for 30 minutes for our turn to order.

Service was not amazing. Employees seemed more focused on talking with each other than making ice cream. They didn’t even mix ours, just piled everything into the cup. They started cleaning up/putting chairs on tables 30 minutes before close, making multiple groups walk out of the store.
