Went through drive through...No butterscotch for a malt. Had a caramel one that was like a sipping tan colored milk!!! Young female working had a hard time counting back the change...not doing that again!!! Nothing like a runny, tepid, watered down malt? On a hot midsummer day!Yuck!😬

Go there with my family almost weekly. I must have some new staff cause they said they don’t got little cups to put kids cones in had to ask for a drink carrier. They handed out the window to put my own drinks in just very rude.

Someone needs to tell that one worker that you don't blend everything in the blizzard. For example, a Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard you don’t blend all of the cheesecake bits. Asking for extra bits in your blizzard? He will blend those as well. This has been every time occurrence now, so I don’t know whether its the one guy who’s doing it or everyone at this location—regardless I will not go there anymore.

Wow can’t believe the Management there just straight up rude , tried to talk with a shift a lead young lady and was just blown off,, I will never eat here again!! Sad they FAILED there INSPECTION as well,, people please be careful
Worst DQ in town. Service is slow. I had to correct them on my order 2 times, and still didn't receive the correct order. They also failed to accurately put in my 10% discount somehow. If you want Dairy Queen, go to one of the other 4 in town, you'll be much happier.

Came here Sunday night with family. Lady in the drive through was awful rude and snippy at me, calling me stupid for not shutting my engine off!! Slammed the window on me to. She was the only adult I saw, so if she’s the manager they need to do better with training for that role.
Just decided to give them another chance, during the daytime, and the opening staff was much friendlier!! Hope to see this improvement trickle down onto the night team
