Food quality is very good, the service is slower than desired ONLY because of understaffing. The current staff is extremely hard working and trying to please all but just can't keep up. There were 6 of us and we had to wait for a table for a very long time. After being seated we had to wait for a long time before anyone asked us if we wanted to order a drink.. After getting a drink they took a long time to take our order. They never came back to ask us if we wanted another drink nor did they come back to tell us why our meal was taking so long . We came in at 6:30 and did not receive our food until 8:15. Our meals were fairly OK however none of them were hot . We also had to flag down a server to check on our meals as we were totally ignored. People who came in after us received their food before we did. We were all tired and hungry and very disappointed in the lack of service. We will not recommend or return .

First off, nice looking place and ambiance. Visited with my husband and 6year old daughter - vegan diners, we asked for the vegan ? menu and wanted to know what the avocado vegan burger was made of, our waitress didn’t know so said she’d ask. Came back and said black beans to which we were excited to hear as we are not fans of the impossible style or beyond style as we like real food ingredients. Wrong!!!! This was a Beyond burger which I hate with a passion so my husband, bless him said he will eat it as he knows how much I hate beyond even though he isn’t a fan of beyond. They were out of the vegan paella so had my husbands vegan linguine which lacked seasoning and was meh, yes it was garlicky but nothing special. My daughter had the vegan dumplings ? which she liked.It would be amazing if staff actually knew what things were made of on their vegan menu, why is it so hard for the upper Midwest to get vegan right? Saying you have a vegan menu to just check ✅ a box isn’t the way to go. Please do it well!

I had reservations for five people at 11am for brunch. I called the morning of the reservation to inform staff our party would be 8 people instead. I requested seating for outside and my request was honored even though the staff had set up a table inside already. The food was good (especially the SMOKED GOUDA FUNDIDO (GF). The server kept our glasses full.The atmosphere is very relaxing and flexible staff with a can do attitude was refreshing. One improvement I would humbly suggest is to hang an awning/sun covering over the patio area for UV ray protection.

Best General Manager, she has brought Elevations to be the superb restaurant it is. She has a knack for making everyone feel special. She gives 100% and above. It has been her life for almost 2 years, she considers all the members, guests and fellow employees to be her friends, they will be missed. She will also, be missed. Too bad, her boss didn’t appreciate all her hard work and sacrifices!

Food was good, views are some of the best here in Minot, can't wait to see it when everything is green. My wife likes the drinks here and they always add salt to my beer Glas which is a plus as some places don't do that here for some reason. Service was superb they are attentive and were checking up on us as we were only a few of us outside seating area. Weather was great so we had a very good time. Thank you see you again soon.

MCC members so we eat here often, the weekly menu features are awesome to switch up from standard menu but all of the food is always spectacular. We did Mothers Day brunch buffet and for buffet the steak was perfect Med Well 3/4oz, everything was perfect. We've done Easter brunch, and also order Thanksgiving dinners every year as well. The prices are worth quality of everything!

second time being here...be prepared for an almost 3 hour dinner....got the Alfredo, tasted like it was half way microwaved mushy leftovers...desserts so not worth what paid for....came for a special occasion...left disappointed...not returning after this...

Food is above and beyond good. The service is undoubtedly the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
Went for lunch we were the only two people there took about 10 minutes before we saw anyone. They did not have the ingredients to make the drink I ordered no big deal ordered something else it was terrible, ordered food it took a long time to get to us it was luke warm when it came, again there was no one else there. I had a gift certificate that was 9 months expired there was nothing they could do, will never go back there again food was ok at best service was terrible.

Was very disappointed very nice looking place. Me and my wife both ordered the nachos which was great. I ordered a 40+ steak that was burnt and dry that tasted horrible I would probably not suggest eating here if you want a steak. Probably the worst one I have ever tasted.

It was a Girls Day Out! It was our first time there and we had such a good time! Our server, Jada was AMAZING and so sweet and personable! We loved her!! The food came out quick and was absolutely delicious! We can't wait to come back!!

My husband's family hosted our Groom's Dinner at Elevation and we enjoyed our dinner and entire night very much. There were about 30 of us here for dinner and our waitress did a great job making sure we all got our drinks fast and she checked on us regularly, too. The food was delicious (we had a buffet)- everyone loved the Limon Chicken! We had the Beef Tips and those were delicious, too. They put out a huge garden salad that was beautiful and great. I would recommend this restaurant for an event or just a night out- we will be going back for sure.

Although the view is nice and the restaurant looks nice at first observation, there were a few things wrong. The bathrooms were dirty, not to mention there was pee on the mens floor and smelled. The food was mediocre, not worth the price we paid at all. Mimosas tasted like thickened juice. This wasn’t just my opinion either. A few other people I ate with felt the same way. We didn’t order any more mimosas after the first 2. But couldn’t finish them. The service was great overall. I ordered the steak and eggs. Eggs were greasy and tasteless. Steak was tiny and not flavorful at all. I think the best thing I ate there was the English muffin. Severely disappointed. I couldn’t finish any of my food or drinks. I could’ve gotten better food at Denny’s and at a better price.
