I waited a whole year to try this place again because I got sick the first time I ever went there. This is the second time I have gotten sick from eating here. The bread in my sub was soggy. Like straight up wet. Not impressed. Won’t be going back

Worst experience I've ever had at any firehouse. I just returned from Canada working. Was excited to have some firehouse arrived to place an order 10 minutes prior to closing. The guy working at the front was very unprofessional. With attitude. Told me he couldn't make any food because they already put everything away 10 min before they closed and unless I had placed an online order he wouldn't serve me. Very disappointed can't rate the food cuz i couldn't get anything. But the service was less than acceptable. And lobby was a disaster.

We had the turkey dinner sub and let me tell u that it was like gorgeous display of a high class family meal put on a sub and the turkey was moist and the cranberry’s were delicious we are HIGHLY PROUD OF YOU

Meat was lukewarm, bread really wasn’t even toasted. Guess the firehouse in my home state set high expectations. Not something I would travel travel to when I’m craving firehouse. And firehouse is literally the best sub chain there is
