So last couple visits I ordered a regular size drink but they would charge me for a large and give me a large. The last time it happened I asked them why that keeps happening and he said he would rather sell large drinks but it was an accident. The buttons are close by each other. Either way it was weird and I looked around and everyone at the tables had a large drink. He was nice about it and refunded me and gave me a regular drink free. Although this isn't something that should keep happening in the first place. I hope they aren't doing this on a regular basis.

Amazing customer service experience at my local Minot 5 guys. So I originally ordered Grub Hub delivery and got stood up and my order canx. I called my local 5 guys, and they said they had made my order, but NO one came to pick it up! They not only made me a fresh order but didn't charge me! Bacon cheeseburger w small fries. I picked it up myself. Awesome employees not only greeted me, but all were sympathetic to my disappointment in Grub Hub. Love Five Guys! My food was hot and delicious. ?
Flew in from arizona and stopped there for a late dinner. The six of us arrived twenty minutes before closing and everybody was kind and did not rush us. Great staff.

The service was phenomenal! But for the price and hype, the milkshakes were a disappointment. They weren't bad milkshakes. They just weren't special in any way. They were high quality milkshakes made from real ingredients. But not super flavorful and a bit thicker than I prefer for drinking. The problem is that they are priced as if they are premium. They're not. They're just good quality.
